I order plant from Costa Farms because they have a type of plant I want. I understand that the plant or soil can leak out or imperfectly arrive because shipping company and transit. They actually pack very well but the plant I got has an illness and disease. Many leaves have brown spots that I definitely know it wasn't from shipment. The price on their official website is more expensive than third party retailer that have their product on the shelves.

I have bought Costa Farms succulents multiple times and they always look great and grow well. I will continue to purchase plants from Costa Farms based on my experiences.

I was sent two plants from Costa Farms as Christmas gifts. One arrived on the coldest day of the year. With wind chill it was in the negatives. The plant looked okay at first but in a day or two it was clear that the plant had been frozen despite there being a heat pack under the pot.The second plant I received, a day or two after the first, was completely destroyed when I opened the box. The plant was all slumped over and it was clear this one had also frozen at some point.I then sent an email to the Costa Farms support team telling them about the poor plants that arrived on my door step. At this point I didn't have very high hopes that new plants would arrive in decent condition and had asked that they simply refund my brother if possible.The support team responded, and was sorry for the state of the plants. They insured me that new plants would be on the way soon.A few days later and two happy, beautiful, non-frozen plants arrived at my house. I couldn't have been more thrilled!Costa Farms exceeded my expectations in multiple areas. They were more than willing to fix a problem that arose, which really, was out of their hands. The week in which the plants were first delivered was exceptionally cold here in Oregon, and the plants didn't stand a chance outside on a porch. Regardless, Costa Farms had my plants replaced within a week of my email to their support department.All four plants that had arrived at my house were packaged very well. I have full confidence that, had the order for these plants not been placed around the holiday, when shipping is crazy and unpredictable, they would have arrived in perfect condition the first time.Costa Farms, you've got a very happy plant mom out here on the west coast!Thank you for your excellent customer service and superb plant packaging!

all of your websites look like costa farms handles al lot of rare and beautifull plants . i bought my first costafarms plant @ my local kroger groc. store i he in richardson (dallas) texas. th factory tag doesn't say to much about the growing and care of the plant..so,tomorow i will try and call your help info phone #305-247-5135 is that correct.. thanks for providing such rare looking plants..hopfully friday... i will get an email or phone call for help with the care info for me and -3- of my neighbors that went up top kroger groc. store and they also bought mamey croton " full name" codiaeum plant..if we can find out more about them,,,,all 4 of us will get on line and give all 5 star reviews...thanks michael leach 75 year old retired us navy vet on board the uss saratoga cva-60 (attack air craft carrier) 1964 1965 1966 1967 during summer of 1967 we were involved with support of israel during the 6 day wars...thanks michael leach d.m.n. 402 slois ln. richardson (dallas) texas e-mail@

Been sitting here for 6 hours waiting on a load that was supposed to be loaded before I got here. Hardly anybody speaks English and the ones that do don't have answers I'd bet if immigration shows up they go out of business

You call the number and no one picks up. Then when they do pick up they don't have any answers for you. I've been trying to reach thelr human resource department for a month just to verify that an employee works there that needs credit because he does not have a direct number. There is no way of speaking to anyone. I emailed them and their email blocks people that are not registered with them. What are you all hiding? Seems pretty strange that they don't have a direct number to the human resources department.

I ordered a plant that didn't arrive until after I left on vacation. Luckily my daughter was able to bring it in but she didn't inspect it thoroughly. When I got home from the trip I went to look at it and noticed it came with friends. I reached out to them immediately and they didn't hesitate to fix the issue. It was an easy process and they helped solve the issue quickly. Excellent customer care experience! Thank you!!

*BUYER BEWARE*Horrible! Packaged was delivered damaged, plant was destroyed, decorative pot was broken. When we called for a replacement or refund, we told that they did not offer that and it was as is. Complete waste of time and money. I highly recommend NOT using this company! I am making many social media posts on all platforms to hopefully prevent someone else from having this experience.

I've never been to Costa Farms in Florida. This review is for the company itself. I love the concept that this business wants to sell rare/exotic plants at an affordable price so we don't have to pay an arm and leg for them. Some are from different countries and hard to find. Costa farms will go out of their way to find them. I've bought most of their products through Lowe's. I'm saddened by the way the plants are unpackaged and handled by the employees at Lowe's. Some are not watered for weeks. For the most part I've been able to find some healthy plants and they are still thriving. I've also bought cacti and succulents. Couldn't believe how big they are and pricing is cheap. Overall I know for some it's hit or miss from this company. I'll continue to buy their plants and support them. Maybe one day I will be able to visit their nursery in Florida.
