This optical department is horrible! They take over 40 minutes to answer a call and over 2 weeks to shipped your contacts! Don’t give them your credit card information over the phone! I am canceling my membership and switching to BJs!!

This is my local costco and I went here to return an unopened box of contacts I bought incorrectly online. My request was a simple one. I wanted to return the ones I bought in correctly (mind you I had the receipt, original box, card and was following return instructions)- and have them exchanged for the correct one to have shipped to my house. I was shocked at how rude the female employee was that assisted me for no reason at all. It's almost like I interrupted her day. I will not be buying contacts again in store because I would rather deal with a computer screen then a rude employee. I worked retail for 5 years and showed kindness to my customers every single day even when I was personally struggling I never allowed that to show. The lack of professionalism of this costco associate was abysmal. If you don't like your job or life it's time to make personal changes so you don't make others around your miserable.

Discriminatory service and racism, if you are not from the club, they cannot serve you, what matters to them is the checkbook... I do not recommend this place at all, 100% bad and negative treatment...

The doctor is very professional and explanatory. The girls in front are quite the opposite, the less thin one does not respond to anything, I asked to be inside, I am a doctor and I took a relative, they did not allow me, justifying themselves with the covid, the doctor was surprised, the girls lied to me, great disappointment. I am treated at Vision Works, exceptional, I recommend it to friends and patients, I thought about changing, but no, very bad experience, I had a bad time, COSCO let me down.

I got tested for contest told the doctors at Costco that I had prior surgery and they charged me for the eyeglasses exam and the contact lens. I tried the contacts for 2 months but I could not get used to it I spoke to the two eye doctor's at the Kendall Costco office. They kept on changing the contacts. After a 2 more months and getting the contacts longer into the back of the eye. I visited Bascom Palmer eye institute. They said that I can't were the contacts since I had prior surgery.I nformed the Costco eye doctors and they refused to refund me the contact eye examination. The doctors also avoided taking my call. Bad customer service. They told me from my initial visit that I would be able to use the contacts.

Dr. Kim was amicable and thorough. Most pleasant eye exam I’ve had. I didn’t didn’t get the names of the two techs in the front, but they were also kind. The whole process was quick.

Great quality but the service very bad, Mrs Rosena is the only working , because the other girl sitting and talking with other clients without rush , and the waiting line growing 1/31/2021

Dr. Turner is a proficient optometrist. He spent time explaining my different options and had me try on several different types of contacts to find which worked best for me. I strongly recommend him. The staff was very nice and helpful.

Y paid for my examination and bought my lenses . But the exam was. Wrong , I can not see well , and I lost my money . The lenses price for costco are good but the exam is terrible

I understand that we are in quarantine, but today I went to buy a frame for glasses and when it came to paying the employee told me that all the frames that are for sale are only those that are outside on display. In other words, the ones that the client sees are the ones that are sold and there are no more. I told him that I would come tomorrow morning so that he would have more time and be able to select new armor, but he confirmed that no, that the only ones they had were the ones that I was seeing that are outside. I think it's super unhygienic, you can imagine how many people have tried on those armors and then maybe even misadjusted them. If what the employee says is true, it is better that they do not offer the armor sales service. It's as if I were going to buy a perfume and they tell me, take the trial one because there is no other. Where have we gotten to with the lack of respect for the customer.

The worst experience I've had in my entire life. Last year I went to this site because I have problems in my vision. Costco Vision Center made my lenses and the focus of the near vision was not in the correct position which meant that my eyes were damaged even more. I told them that I was not feeling well with the lenses they checked and they supposedly corrected the lenses but they gave them to me in the same conditions. For whatever reason I think it is not worth under any circumstances to sacrifice the health of the vision. Do not go to this place go to another site where you and your vision health are important, do not damage your eyes trusting this site. Your eyes deserve the best. Listen to this advice, move away from this place.La peor experiencia que he tenido en toda mi vida. El año pasado fui a este sitio por que tengo problemas en mi visión. Costco Vision Center hicieran mis lentes y el foco de la vision para cerca no quedó en la posición correcta lo que implicó que mis ojos se dañaran aún más. Les dije que no me sentía bien con los lentes revisaron y supuestamente corrigieron los lentes pero me los entregaron en las mismas condiciones. Por la razón que sea pienso no vale la pena bajo ninguna circunstancia sacrificar la salud de la visión. No vaya a este lugar vaya a otro sitio donde usted y su salud de la visión sean importantes, no dañe sus ojos confiando en este sitio. Sus ojos merecen lo mejor. Escuche este consejo, alejese de este lugar.

Glasses didnt fit correctly . Customer service was horrible. People missed their turns and they were allowed to go in front of those that was there and next in line. Ex. I had a 99 we were next waiting for younglady and 96 was allowed to take my place after they retured from shopping.
