First off this is a great store as are all location but one issue, we picked up a whole tenderloin and I'm prepping for dinner today and the cutter needs to slow down his blade it was a little beat up.

I am honestly shocked by the sheer disrespect from Costco’s management team. Let me start by saying that I don’t expect special treatment, but I do expect some basic common sense.
Today, when checking out, I presented a corporate check from Enfamil (the formula company) to apply as a coupon toward my formula purchase. The check was meant to be processed as a coupon for me and a check for the store. After a back-and-forth with the clerk, a manager was called to review the situation. Up until this point, I was completely respectful to the team.
However, the manager, with no introduction or care, took my member ID and tried to process the check again. He then looked at me and accused me of abusing the service, repeating the same message the clerk had just said—implying I’d used this coupon too many times. This was my first time using it.
The manager then asked me to step aside while he went to the back to “check on the issue.” This went on for 15 minutes. Not only was I falsely accused of abusing coupons, but I was also left standing there with a crying newborn while he took his time doing I don’t know what. He couldn’t even be bothered to return my membership; instead, an associate came to tell me I had to go to the customer service desk with my license before I could use any checks. The check I had wasn’t even a personal one, nor was it a check at all.
Here’s the kicker: he and the clerks expected me to wait in a customer service line with over 10 people while dealing with a screaming baby. No, just no.
To top it all off, when I went to pay for the formula without using the coupon, the same manager rejected my credit card because it didn’t have my name on it. It was my husband’s card, and I had his ID with me. Luckily, I had some spare cash.
It’s the lack of common sense, care, and attention to detail that really frustrates me. This whole situation could’ve been avoided if the manager had simply admitted he didn’t know how to process the coupon. But instead, he chose to accuse me of scamming and left me standing with a crying child in the middle of the store. Trust me, corporate will be hearing about this incident.

Costco is a great option for wholesale purchases, offering high-quality products at competitive prices. Your membership is worth it for discounts on groceries, electronics and household items. It highlights its customer service, free samples and satisfaction guarantee on its products. In addition, its gasoline is cheaper than at other stations. The variety of imported and organic products is a great attraction. Their online store complements the shopping experience well. The fast food area is accessible and delicious. Overall, Costco offers quality, savings and convenience in one place.

Costco- Since you allow incapable and nonsense ATT Vendors to operate in your store, then you hold all responsibility for them when they FAIL. The ATT vendors will screw your accounts up. authorize certain actions on your account and will make you spend 10 hrs on the phone/store to resolve an issue. Horrible experience and regret for giving Costco and ATT the chance. AVOID THE ATT KIOSK. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED! $50 dollars is not worth yoir headache...3 months and counting!!!AVOID ATT KIOSK
NO COMPRAR EN ATT EN COSTCO. UNA DESGRACIA Y NO VALE EL TIEMPO.

It's a very nice place, the only one problem is the customer service... mainly at the entrance and then the rest of the staff.
They're rude and the lack of manners is awesome. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
Now I avoid buying in Costco because of the rude staff I rather buy in other stores even with a slight difference om the price just because of the lack of manners of the staff... specifically in Costco Kendall FL and Costco Mall of the America's in Miami FL.
They're the worst staff ever... TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. RUDE STAFF

The guy said he is the general manager Mr Diaz now I understand the terrible customer service, total lack of manners, he was passive aggressive the whole time, never recommended this Costco in Kendall is the worst customer service ever.
I will never buy anything in that Costco.
SHAME ON MR Diaz and the rude staff in the entrance, they don't even read the signs at the entrance, I recorded the bad experience by the way, and he makes a copy of my membership card...

I had the worst experience today at Costco. Heidy g was such a rude cashier she ignored me. She was upset she was not able to go to her lunch break and she was making all these comments in front of the customer which is making look Costco like they have bad management. She handed me the receipt, I said thank you and she didn’t even acknowledge me. It’s very sad because I love Costco but this experience makes me never want to go back. Hope you can do something about it. Her bag lady was super rude and passive aggressive.

Heidy g at the cash register opi#156 was super rude with a nasty attitude towards us -the customer. Her bagger was super rude also! They did not make our shopping experience pleasant we were very upset with their service. Please if you don’t like working at Costco, get another job! Give the job to someone who is grateful to work not someone who thinks it’s our privilege to shop there. 2-2-25 @ 14:34.
