In regards to their Gasoline station. Despite the fact that it's CONSTANTLY backed up, they've recently implemented a new system where you can ONLY join the lines from either 120th or 128th. Basically you must wait in the longest of lines and be directed into one of the queues. I underuthey want to alleviate the traffic flow but they're just causing MORE traffic this way. Definitely lost a two times a week filler upper here

Zero stars for Next business day delivery. 5 stars for providing credit. The florist Costco uses for the zip code 33157 Palmetto Bay FL area, gets zero stars. Flowers looked nothing like the bouquet ad pic. Recommend getting same day delivery, shopper gets flowers straight from Costco, and delivers. Image, Costco advertisement vs. delivery. Like a wish order fail.

Martha, BLONDE LADY, APPROXIMATELY LATE 50'S, at the front entrance has absolutely NO respect for elderly people. Martha was NOT KIND NOR RESPECTFUL when my dad, an 87 year old man, asked her to direct him to where the restroom was. My father kindly asked her TWO times, to which she did NOT acknowledge him because she was joking around with two men, she was so involved in her joking with them that she didn't even check my membership card upon entering, let alone acknowledge an elderly man asking where the restroom was. So my father GENTLY tapped her on the arm once again and excused himself for the bother and interruption, and proceeded to ask again, to which she finally and loudly responded..., "DON'T TOUCH ME! BECAUSE NOW I HAVE TO DO THIS!!" then proceeded to SPRAY her arm,(while wearing a long sleeve shirt) with a bottle of alcohol she had on her counter next to where she was standing! She obviously and Intentionally wanted to make my 87 year old father feel bad for tapping her on the arm, instead of excusing herself for neglecting him in the first place. How dare a customer service employee, especially a greeter, disrespect an elderly man in this manner. He was out just for the day, trying to enjoy the day after a week of being home for several days straight, and then to be treated so horribly in this disrespectful manner by MARTHA at COSTCO was just unacceptable customer service!! I went back to Martha, after showing my dad where the restroom was, i went back to the entrance and told her immediately, "How dare you treat elderly people this way, and that she needed to learn to respect, have more patience and compassion with elderly people!" Also told her she ruined the ending to a very much needed and nicely planned day out for my father! So much for being an executive member at Costco! COSTCO needs to RETRAIN Martha in Customer Service 101 and include how to RESPECT THE ELDERLY!!

I like to go to Costco s lot even 8f it's just to check the new things or just walk on a/c, though I always end up buying stuff. Ha ha ha I like that I can buy pizza by the slice and not the whole pie.

Poor customer service. Avoid this location. Considering cancelling my executive membership and selling my shares due to incompetence. Printing a blank receipt and then blaming it on "bad luck" to have me wait 30 minutes for a reprint of the receipt while having hundreds of people walk by me at the exit during a pandemic. Extremely upsetting. Never again.

I can't believe Costco is still doing special senior only hours in 2021. We have the vaccine being distributed now and the crazy lines are gone yet they keep this rule which seems to upset a lot of customers that want to shop early but are not allowed unless they are senior citizens. No other company is doing this in 2021 that I know of.

Welcome to Costco, where I can say they really love you:) I was deep in the boondocks of Kendall taking care of errands where I figured I'd do my monthly Costco run here. The physical store is about the same size, if not a little larger than my usual Miami Lakes store. The highlight for me are their fruits and vegetables! They seem to have a steady supply of large & fresh fruits (especially blueberries and cherries) at what seems to be bigger portions than the regular South Florida supermarkets. Oh and let's not forget their prepared hot foods - that rotisserie chicken - and their sandwiches. For times when prepping for a party or food gifts, they have a nice spread of cheeses and wine. Their liquor store - where the harder stuff can be obtained - has a separate entrance due to Florida's archaic mentality on liquor. Sadly because of "You Know What" the samples aren't consumable anymore. However, the staff is friendly and really helpful. The store looked pretty clean as well.

Holy cow this Costco is big. This Costco is mammoth. I don't know if these guys have different floorplans but the one near where I live would fit inside this one with room to spare. What does all that mean? It means tons and tons of everything to choose from. I went and did some food and some bed and bathroom shopping last week and got everything on my list no problem. We went in early on a Saturday morning and it was still packed. Even with all that, the place was neat, stocked up and well organized.

This Costco always has everything I am looking for and staff is very friendly.. we had issues with our membership card and the head manager came to us right away to see what was wrong when checking out. The issue was fixed and problem was resolved! (: They are well stocked on all types of items and there meat section and bakery always has tons of fresh foods to chose from. I'm glad this is my local Costco! ^.^

Sanitizer around the store, everyone wearing masks. Never a disappointment here! So I'm glad they continued to impress me through out Covid.
