I give it a single star because I am an older person and for two months I have been going to the cricket at 3487 and 17th Ave and I can't open the door because it doesn't have a handle; first time in my 7 years that I have been at customer cricket that I see a business store that one has nowhere to access!!! The girls at that place are excellent, they treat you 100 but the truth is that what that door is embarrassing for is that's why I give 0!!!!

The cricket at 3487 NW is super good and the girls and the managers personally seem charming to me, which gives the place a plus. I've been here for about 2 years and I love cricket, I recommend it 💯

Employees like Claudia from this exact Cricket branch are the reason why Cricket Wireless is such an undesirable company to get service from. As soon as you walk in the store, there is an aura of indifference from the employees. Cricket Wireless, please either pay your employees more so that they are actually motivated to help customers or hire employees who actually want to help customers in a nice manner. And thank you for helping me realize that you really do get what you pay for!
