I've been to several wireless crickets but this one specifically is my first time. My experience has been really unpleasant, Mrs. Laura attended to me, and I have to highlight her lack of understanding and empathy towards people, I felt somewhat discriminated against because I spoke to her in Spanish and she replied to me in English. I really would never return to this place nor recommend it to anyone. Be selective when buying somewhere, it is very unpleasant to pay for an item when you receive bad service.

Today we were at the Mall de las América store and it was a pleasure to have Mrs. Laura serve us. The best attention. My husband and I left delighted with all the options he offered us and the treatment he did not give. Excellent person.

I went to cricket to purchase a phone for my daughters birthday and at the store I was told the phone came with a essentials bundle where I can get accessories. I was in a rush that day and didn’t pay much attention but was curious as to why I paid so much more then what the phone was worth.I saw my receipt and I was charged 3 essential bundles at $100 each. I thought it was a mistake and when I went to the store I was told that it was a requirement to buy these accessories at $100 each in order to get the new iPhone. It was a store policy. I was basically charged $100 per item. These items that range in value of $30. (See photo attached. I paid $100 for an iPhone charger that clearly has the sticker price of $29.99 on the box) and to top it off I was told it came with headphones but they didn’t have any.According to the customer service representative by phone at Cricket (not the store) this is illegal and there is no requirement to purchase accessories with a phone.This is indeed fraud and illegal. I will report this to corporate, apple and all appropriate authorities.
