Pésimo servicio al cliente , la empleada una mala educada y el manager no ayuda en nada , soy cliente de cricket hace más de 3 años , se me rompió el tell y no me quisieron pasar la targeta a otro tell que lleve con la justificación de que no tenían suficiente internet , la verdad no entendí pero fueron muy mal educados , en fin el customer service de esa tienda es horrible .Good afternoon. I am giving this establishment a 1 start because I cannot give it a 0. The employees do not have any knowledge about the services that Criket provides and are extremely rude and unprofessional. I went in to change a SIM card and they didn't want to give me service. I already have 4 lines with Criket and I am very happy with their services, I just need to change a card because my tell broke. To my surprise, the customer service lady did not feel comfortable with my only request, and the manager did not owe much either. I don't want this to happen to someone else. IF YOU CAN STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE. I HAD HEARD SOMETHING SIMILAR LAST YEAR FROM SOMEONE, AS IT'S CLOSE TO WHERE I LIVE, I DECIDED TO TRY IT ANYWAY. THANK YOU FOR READING.

I needed to get my new devices to work, I was in Cutler Bay and stopped at this location.Yadi was very pleasant and helpful, and then Brian has set the gadgets very fast. I am not a very high tech person, so it was important that they helped me . Thanks a lot !

Good afternoon. I am giving this stablishment a 1 start because I can not give it a 0. The employees are not knowledgeable whatsoever about the services Criket provide and are extremely rude and unprofessional. I came in to buy a sim card and some how they wanted to sell me a new plan. I already have 4 lines with Criket and I am very happy with their services, I just needed a Sim card like the ones you get at Target, Best buy or any other Cricket office. To my surprise the lady at the customer service didn't feel comfortable with my only request, and when I asked the store number to fille a complain she asked me to leave the stablishment and called the police. I exited the store and contacted the police as well and wanted to wait, but I had to pick up my kids at the school and couldn't continue waiting. I don't want this to happen to someone else. IF YOU CAN STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE. I HAD HEARD SOMETHING SIMILAR LAST YEAR FROM A FRIEND BUT, SINCE ITS CLOSE TO WHERE I LIVE DECIDED TO GIVE IT A TRY ANYWAYS. THANKS FOR READING.

I am so happy I decided to go to this store. There was another cricket that was closer to where I lived, but I heard the customer service at this store was superior and this turned out to be true. Rene was so kind and helpful in showing me what my best option would be in purchasing a new phone. I am so happy with my new phone and I will be sending everyone to this cricket location.
