I came to the store to Pat my friends phone billand a girl employee was not helpful at all !She was showing me my friend acct turned the screen for me to see that I needed my friends pin in a very unprofessional way.All I said that how it’s that possible all I wanted is to pay a bill. I commented that others company don’t require the pin. She kept arguing and insulting me. She told me to leave her store. By the way did not speak English.Please store manager look at your cameras

Amazing service, employees where attentive, respectful, and they took the time to answer all of my questions. I was also impressed on how they handled a rude customer who came in wanting them to fix their phone, and the one lad respectfully told them they aren’t technicians and tried his best to service the rude customer. Mind you I was first, people have no courtesy now a days. In conclusion I am very content with these young men Levi and Osiris, who gave me their attention and helped me with my transfer to cricket.
