Incredible customer service. Steven and Kerry are both incredible. They patient and assisted my mother and me with her new phone. They are both tech savvy but Steven really knows his stuff. He is extremely helpful and kind. He should have a position of authority since he is definitely an asset to the company. Thank you toBoth of them!!

I normally don't write reviews but today I will. The manager in this cricket wireless is a very rude person, from the moment I walk into the store she looked at me and treated me really bad for asking her a few questions about a problem I had with my cellphone. I won't make this long but she is a person that don't deserve to work with public! I had to walk out of the store! I asked her what her name was and she told me Melisa and I'm the store manager in a very rude way! I don't know if this is her real name but is a woman with a Problem in her left eye! Very rude person! Went to another store and the lady treated me very nicely and solve my problem in less than 5 min!
