The staff provides the best customer service, described as extremely friendly, helpful, kind, super nice, patient, and engaged. Employees are noted for being on point, knowing how to greet customers, and for making the experience amazing. They are helpful while shopping on the floor, during checkout, and with finding the perfect pair. Staff members are also recognized for being proactive in explaining sales and promotions and for offering convenient assistance, such as holding items. I visited this Crocs location today and I received the best customer service from this young man named Carlos.
