Shoutout to the Crocs store team—especially Agustin and Carlos! These guys went above and beyond to help us out. Super patient, friendly, and made sure we found exactly what we were looking for. You don’t always expect top-tier service at a Crocs store, but they delivered big time. Walked out with what we needed and good vibes. Appreciate you both!

I recently purchased a mystery box labeled “Team” for my son, hoping to receive boy-related charms, as indicated by the label. However, when I opened the box, it contained “Day of the Dead” themed items, which were not suitable for my son. I was under the impression that the box would contain “team-related” charms, which would be more appropriate.
When I went back to the store to inquire about an exchange, I spoke with the manager, Agustin, who was unhelpful and rude. He explained that all sales were final, which I understand, but the issue was the misleading labeling of the box. He insisted that the mystery boxes are “non-gender-specific,” which I find hard to accept given that the box was labeled “Team” rather than just being labeled as a generic mystery box. This feels like false advertising to me, as the label promised something specific that was not delivered.
I am disappointed with both the misleading labeling of the products and the lack of customer support in resolving the issue. I hope this feedback will be taken seriously, as I have had positive experiences with similar products in other stores where the boxes were clearly labeled as either gender-neutral or more specific to the target audience.
I’m posting this review in the hopes that a representative from Crocs or the store management will address this concern. Misleading labeling is not only frustrating but also unfair to customers who expect products to match their descriptions.

I visited this Crocs location today and I received the best customer service from this young man named Carlos. His customer service was on point he was very helpful and super nice, he knew exactly how to great customers. People like him are exactly what companies need. Thank you Carlos for your kindness!!!

Came in to browse with my husband and not buy but a staff member/manager (I heard another employee call him Diego) told me the sales and asked if I had questions. There was a B2G2 from the clearance section and some jibbitz promos. We left to eat and returned and he helped me carry the jibbitz I was collecting for purchase in a little cup and offered to hold the shoes I picked behind the counter. I was thinking how inconvenient it was to lug them around and didn’t want to ask and he offered and for that I salute you Diego. All the staff was so kind and engaged. $150 well spent.
