Great owners, staff, and welcoming community. CF Kendall is clean, organized, and large. I had the great opportunity to visit and complete 25.1 as a drop-in to this box. The organization, coaching, warmup, and class management were spot on and well done. If you are considering CrossFit or visiting the area, this is your place!

This box has changed my life. I had just moved from NYC and went looking for a Box experience similar to what I felt in NYC. I found Crossfit Kendall on Classpass and loved it so much, I immediately signed up for a membership. The coaches and program are incredible. They work to meet your fitness level but still push you. The Nutritional Coaching is also next level and realistic. I highly recommend to anyone looking for a fitness challenge.

I traveled in from out-of-town and dropped-in for various sessions over the course of my weeklong stay. Everyone, from the members, coaches, and owners, Dario & Paul, were all very welcoming. The gym, equipment, atmosphere, instruction, and programming were great in addition to the various time options for classes in both the AM & PM. Awesome gym and highly recommend them!

By far the best CrossFit I’ve been to. Coach’s are very knowledgeable and the programming is excellent. Coach Jess is the best!!
