This is my second time using this Extra Space Storage location within the past 2 years. The customer service has always been remarkable (Jose prior). This holds true after speaking with Julian today to secure a storage unit for a future date. Most importantly I feel like my belongings and I are kept safe! Highly recommend this facility.

Jose and the employees who work there go above and beyond. They made it easy to be a customer for two years while living across the country.
They are exceptional at communicating with you as a client and are considerate of your needs. I had a unit 2 different times with them and I would do a third.

Great facility, accessible, secure. Codes work, everything works as it should. Julian at the front desk is always helpful, positive and definitely helped a lot. The whole staff is great.

Had a great experience at extra space was helped by Julian. He was able to switch us from a 10x10 to a 5x15 for almost half the price and the whole process was under 15 min with no extra fees.

Fantastic experience! After 9 months renting there, I now rent 2 units there. Having access to internet and AC are key for me. The facility itself is clean, secure, and well-maintained. I felt confident storing my belongings there.
I can’t praise Jose the Property manager enough! He’s been an incredible support since day one. Jose went above and beyond to ensure I found the right storage unit that fit my needs. Jose's responsiveness and willingness to assist make all the difference. Whether it’s answering questions or addressing any concerns he’s always just a call away. It’s reassuring to know that I have someone so dedicated to helping me manage my storage needs effectively.
