We are college students. We used it to store our personal items for the summer. Units were clean, climate controlled and well managed. Office was responsive and there to answer any and all questions re: rates and rules. Enjoyed the benefit of being able to access the units after office hours (giving more flexibility).

Been renting a unit for a year. Light right outside my unit has been out. I keep getting the run around. 1 year here and light has only worked 1 time. But they sure are quick to raise fee. AC also doesnt cool the same in all the areas and its the same answers technician is to come in soon.
I do love the easy access and staff is friendly.

We called 15+ storages to see if anyone could help us. We needed to drop off our 24ft trailer for a few hours to unpack. No one allowed this. Until we called cube smart, Cameka helped us so much! She made the process so smooth for us and it was a weight lifted off our shoulders. We realized we needed another small storage to fit some extra stuff and she was able to help us immediately. Definitely recommend cube smart especially this location!!

Cameka was fantastic in all ways. She was helpful, efficient, and kind. She even had to deal with another customer while we were there that was unreasonable and not listening. She was so patient and helped them understand what they needed to do. I would definitely come here again because of her excellent customer service…

I was so impressed and thankful that I was able to resolve a last minute need for a storage unit all with a few clicks on the app. Then , when I arrived at the storage location, the ladies were so helpful. The location is very clean, the unit is well built and everything g was so professional and efficient. I appreciate the convenience they ensure with enough available carts (wish they had a mattress one ) and the elevators have worked very well. All around pleased with the service .
