I recently found out my storage unit changed from CubeSmart to Extra Space, so I had a few questions and went to speak with the new manager, Christian. From the moment I talked to him, he was extremely polite, patient, and helpful.
He took the time to explain everything clearly, made sure all my concerns were addressed, and really made the transition feel easy instead of stressful. You can tell he actually cares about helping customers and making sure things run smoothly.
Because of Christian, I feel confident staying here and continuing to do business with Extra Space. Great customer service like that is hard to find—thank you, Christian!

Professional and Helpful Management
The transition to the new management team, led by Christian, at this facility has been a very positive experience. What stands out most is the professionalism and helpfulness of the staff. They have been incredibly proactive in communicating changes and were quick to assist me with the updated paperwork, making the entire hand-off feel seamless.
It is clear that the new team prioritizes customer service. Every interaction I’ve had has been met with a courteous and solutions-oriented attitude, which gives me great confidence in how the facility is being run. I truly appreciate the level of care and attention they are bringing to the property.

Since I’ve been with Cube Smart (around June), Cameka has consistently been the most attentive and helpful person I’ve interacted with. Her customer service is absolutely exceptional always professional, patient, and on top of everything. She goes above and beyond to make sure every question is answered and every issue is handled right away.
It’s rare to find someone who genuinely cares about their customers the way Cameka does. She’s a true asset to Cube Smart, and I really appreciate all the effort and consistency she’s shown me since day one.
