I visited CubeSmart this weekend to take care of my storage unit, and Judith, who was on staff, was incredibly helpful. She assisted me with my lock and made sure everything was taking care of. I was truly impressed by her kindness and professionalism, especially as she efficiently handled multiple customer requests at once.

Starting to not like it here. People camping outside, like they live here. Have to ask for a key for the restroom cause people want to seggs in the bathrooms. To top it off, the church or what ever that is next door taking over the storage parking lot and it makes it hard to maneuver cause it's so tight.

My husband is military, so we’ve tried many storage facilities. I like this one the best. First, the units are so economical. We got ours during a sale, but the normal prices are still terrific. Online booking was really convenient too. Time I booked online i received a confirmation call and they gave me a detailed walk through via phone. The flexible business hours suit us travelers well and allow you to take advantage of moving during cooler temp hours, unlike many I’ve used. Most importantly for us, they offer the climate controlled units. Many of the furniture styles we like, tend to mold easy for some reason. That’s not of concern here at CubeSmart. We used a different company in Texas that was not climate controlled. The movers unfortunately experienced the nasty rash Wicker and rattan furniture can cause if stored in closed humid areas for less than 3 months even. A climate controlled unit is very necessary. I’m glad I found this company for so many reasons.

Ms Judith was really outstanding. She knew exactly what she was doing and showed me around the property, clearly explaining how to use my entry code and locate my unit. Even gave me some tips when I thought my door was jammed. Thanks Judith
