The worst pharmacy I have ever seen in treating people, the pharmacy staff is super rude and they play with people's time, they tell you to come in 3 hours and when you arrive there are no medications and they are so casual and they tell you to come back in another time, it's a lack of respect and very bad treatment of patients, disappointment as a customer

Pharmacy here is terrible. There's always a line. Expect to wait at least 30 minutes if you're planning to get a prescription from here.

Today I went to the pharmacy to deliver a prescription and the pharmaceutical company Solanch Mederos, who is supposed to have empathy and good service to her clients, was quite rude and sarcastic when referring to me when I tried to line up to deliver my prescription to which he addressed telling me to make the line that is to pick up where there were more than 15 people queuing. The problem is that there were elderly people lining up and women with children on their arms, for which they did not have a preferential line. In total, it takes an hour to deliver the recipe and have to go back to pick it up. The supervisor of the Mayuris store asked me to give me a physical complaint form, which she refuses and tells me to go to the website... it makes no sense that a store does not have physical forms to fill out, to which I gave an example of an elderly person without internet access. Definitely people like you cannot work in customer service and above all a pharmaceutical company gives that kind of treatment to clients that leaves cvs and their own co-workers in a bad position.

Terrible, 45 minutes waiting when it was supposedly 20 and they don't accept a card with a prescription from the doctor because supposedly the amount on the card is higher than what the medication is worth, when the card says 80% discount on any prescription medication. Crazy

The customer service is very bad, long lines at the pharmacy, they don't have the medicine when it should be there, I had to wait two days, the pharmacist is not pleasant and responds almost as if offended, I don't recommend this CVS to anyone.
