Paula, April, Steve and Richard are simply amazing, they are caring individuals that go above and beyond regular customer service standards.

I pulled up to the drive-thru, pressed the call button, & waited patiently for the attendant. On the phone discussing personal matters, I rolled up my window to wait. Suddenly, at the window appeared the pharmacist, Chelsea, vigorously waving at me with disgust on her face, making a rude hand gesture as if to say, "Come on!" Confused, I rolled down my window to hear someone on the speaker say, "We're trying to get your attention." I said, "I'm sorry, I had my window up as I didn't see anyone, but that person was very rude." Nancy (on the speaker) explained, "We have headsets so we aren't required to go to the window." I said, "OK, but that was very rude." She did not reply with an apology on her colleague's behalf or validate my concern. She abruptly asked, "What's the date of birth?"In short, because of lack of word count space, I am upset by Chelsea's lack of professionalism and poor customer service. That treatment was completely unnecessary. A simple wave would have worked.

The pharmacy manager Richard Williams is the rudest and most entitled man.He is condescending and talks behind your back after you leave without responding to his ironic comments, like "have a nice day" when he has just turned down two requests to a customer of over twenty years. today, I left my phone after waiting there for an hour and when I came back for it he said he has hoped I Wouldn't return so he could keep it. No one to complain to there. The staff is awful, the place is dirty. Goodbye.I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Richard Williams in the pharmacy says he's the manager and is extremely rude. I called because I'm almost out of my medication that I take in a continual basis. Before I could even check the status of my meds he scolded me and told me to look on my bottle and figure it out: he explained they don't have time to waste to go over refills over the phone?!?! First of all my prescription is due and sometimes it is out of stock. I wanted to give him my RX number and he gave me so much attitude with condescension and a verbal attack. He literally went back and forth with me wasting a bunch of unnecessary time. He could've just looked it up and went in to the the next customer. Needless to say my script was supposed to be refilled a few weeks ago. This employee is hostile, and needs a new job and a hug, but not from me. Customer service is not his forte, he should probably allow the other staff to answer the phones and deal with customers...good luck of you have to deal with this hateful person. I've seen him in person as well, he seems to have a major chip on his shoulders.

After evacuating for hurricane Ian, I did not have what I needed until I could go home. The pharmacy technician and pharmacist were understanding and did what they needed to help me get my medications. They were friendly and did not make me feel like it was an inconvenience at all.

The pharmacy staff - headed up by Richard - is amazing. They are kind and compassionate. They stay calm even when customers are being rude. I don't know who the people complaining about this group but I have never seen anything but amazing treatment from the grand ave team.

I moved to coconut grove in November and began using this CVS as my pharmacy since it is down the street from my house. The CVS locations in NJ and NY that I previously went to had great customer service and lovely employees l. I could not feel more differently about this CVS. The pharmacist is rude with every single interaction I have had with him. If I ask a question on why my prescription still is not ready after over a week since my doctor called it in, he will give attitude and act like it isn't his problem. Also, every time I call, I have to wait at least an hour to get in touch with someone to assist (I've called at least 10 times in the last 4 months and it is consistently over an hour wait time). I will now be driving 10 min to another CVS to use as my pharmacy, as even though this location is only a 2 min walk from me, it is not worth dealing with the disrespectful and unprofessional pharmacist. What a masterclass in poor customer service. (Attaching a photo of my current wait time on hold)

Unfortunately I have to give this star rating because of the make pharmacist only. He has been heard making fun of customers and is above helping ring up customers when there is long lined. His staff however are down of the best working staff I've ever encountered in a pharmacy otherwise I would give one star.

The worse CVS ever. I went to pick up a prescription that they said they had filled. I went there to pick it up, and they were out of the prescription. The pharmacist said she would call within an hour to tell me which other CVS I could pick it up. They didn't call. I called them. Then, they said that I need to call other CVS stores myself to find a medicine that I urgently need.
