With a couple of exceptions, the ladies assigned to the floor today, Sunday, Feb. 23, 2025, have been the RUDEST ever. Have they ever been trained to be pleasant & respectful ...? Having to deal with today's boisterous and unmannered clientele was enough for me to never want to go back to this store. . đ It must have been,"El DĂA NACIONAL DE LA CHUSMA.".

None of the employees knew what isle butter was on, the first two staff asked me to ask the manager, then manager said they don't sell any. I asked where the milk was and Found it myself.

The service provided by this pharmacy is disastrous. It is already the fourth, or fifth time I have to go looking for the insulin of my mother because Jamaz arrives on time with Delivery.
TODAY I MADE THREE CALLS LEAVING VOICE MESSAGES, AND THEY NEVER CALL ME BACK.
THE PRIMARY DOCTOR INCREASE THE DOSE TWO MONTHS AGO, AND IT'S NOT EVEN ON TIME.
IT IS A LACK OF RESPECT AND CONSIDERATION FOR THE PATIENT. THEY ARE PLAYING WITH THE HEALTH OF THE SICK.
I REALLY HAVE NO COMPLAINTS ABOUT THE STORE, BUT THIS PHARMACY IS THE WORST I HAVE SEEN IN YEARS.
I HOPE GOD ALLOWS THAT SHE DOES NOT DECOMPENSATE AND I HAVE TO TAKE HER TO AN EMERGENCY DUE TO LACK OF INSULIN, BECAUSE IF THIS HAPPENS I WON'T REMAIN QUIET.

The staff is very friendly, but as part of CVS, you canât earn or use your existing rewards to make purchases, so that's a downside. Most of the time, there arenât enough cashiers available, and you canât even use the self-checkout.

Whatever you need....Go to Navarro đ€Ł basically very traditional old-fashioned medicines, in my time my grandmother used it and now I used it for muscle pain, for cough, sinusitis ect, ect, they also sell cow mastitis anyway many more

Has one of the largest perfume counters but no attendants. Called for one and no one showed up after 15 minutes. Left. Other observations: only 1 register open and Customer Service Desk unattended with people in line. It was a Tuesday at 1pm so there wasn't a lot of foot traffic to be spread so thin.

The manager Nilmida is tremendously rude, treating all the customers badly today, a day before mothers to the point that a man was insulted and started yelling at her and when it was my turn to pay I asked him two questions and he didn't answer me and he left the register. This lady is very rude as the manager of this Navarro who is the best in Miami, they should remove her. The other gentleman who helped me was very kind but she is disrespectful

Today 4/9/24 I went to Navarros to purchase 3 cans of Baby formula. When I got to the lane to purchase there was only 2 cashiers. At 1030 pm that is understood. However both cashiers were busy assisting one customer with 4 shopping carts filled with merchandise. A manager should have used common sense and allowed one cashier to be available for the other customers which at that time were 6 including me. So they realized people were getting frustrated waiting for over 20 mins. And they called some lady in the back Namida. So these two men are in front of me they are having their purchase wrung up, and half way through the purchase decide to leave the register with the cashier to the back of the store to continue shopping while other customers are waiting. They took over 5 minutes snd when he returned he found it amusing that everyone was frustrated waiting so he laughed. I told him you should have done your shopping before you come to the line so that others don't have to wait for you. NAMIDA GETS INVOLVED RATHER THEN WORK AND MIND HER BUSINESS CAUSE SHE SHOULD NOT HAVE LEFT THE REGISTER UNATTENDED TO GO SHOP WITH A CUSTOMER. NOR ENCOURAGE THE MAN TO ARGUE WITH ME THEN SHE SAYS OH YOU NEED TO HAVE PATIENCE CAUSE I HAVE PATIENCE FOR ALL OF YOU. I COULD CLOSE THE REGISTER AND GO BACK TO FINISH DOING MY OTHER WORK. MAKING IT SEEM AS THOUGH SHE WAS DOING THE CUSTOMERS A FAVOR. SO WHEN SHE FINISHES RINGING HIM UP TAKING HER TIME. SHE TELLS ME NOW YOU HAVE TO WAIT AGAIN CAUSE HIS FRIEND NOW NEEDS MY HELP AND IM GOING TO CLOSE THE REGISTER TO GO HELP HIM. NOW YOU WILL WAIT AGAIN. SHE LEFT LAUGHING CAUSE SHE WAS FLIRTING WITH THESE MEN AND HAD NO CONCERN THAT SHE WAS LEAVING THE REGISTER UNATTENDED WITH NOW 6 OTHER CUSTOMERS WAITING BEHIND ME. I LEFT THE ITEMS I WAITED 35MINUTES TO PURCHASE AND WILL NOT RETURN TO THIS STORE. I HAVE LIVED IN CORAL GABLES FOR OVER 40 YEARS AND NEVER ENCOUNTERED SUCH TACKY DISREGARD FOR THE VERY PATRONS THAT PRIVIDE YOU A PAYCHECK. THIS IS PRECISELY WHAT IS WRONG WITH THE VOLUME OF IMMIGRANTS THAT COME HERE AND HAVE NO SENSE OF PROFESIONAL ETHICS AND HAVE TOTAL DISREGARD FOR POLICIES AND BASIC MANNERS. THIS STORE NEEDS TO ADDRESS THE LACK OF PROFESSIONALISM WITH THIS NASTY NAMIDA LADY AND TELL HER TO GO FLIRT AT A BAR NOT AT WORK!!!

I love that this place is 24 hours 7 days a week. I have never seen it close. Not even on holidays so you can always stop by to buy whatever you missed in that grocery shopping or for a midnight craving. I donât recommend doing a whole shop here since is more expensive than any regular store
