I am a customer from many ears and the customer service for picking up refills is horroble. Always a big line and 15 minutes waiting. Bad bad bad.

The pharmacy is a disaster, every time we need to pick a medicine the line is super long, Iam currently in line waiting for them to reopen at 2pm, it is 2:10 and nobody is here and the line is long

If I could give zero stars I would! Horrible customer service and extremely slow moving no matter what you are in need of. Waited in car line with 2 sleeping children over 45 minutes for them to close the gate in front of me as I am pulling up. Disgusted. Please use Walgreens if you are truly in need of your prescriptions.

The store is great, but the pharmacy is very slow when needing to pick up medications and this is unacceptable for patients that need their prescriptions. Not sure if they are understaffed, disorganized, or overwhelmed with the amount of meds they have to dispense with not enough open hours in the day for the pharmacy. The employees look overworked and stressed out, and this is not fair to them or the clients. Lines just keep getting longer and longer. They obviously need help.
This needs to be addressed by corporate because it is unacceptable to wait in line for 40 minutes every time anyone needs to pick up a prescription. People obviously need to have a pharmacy they can rely on. Historically CVS has been one of them, but lately the service is so slow that I’m about to change my meds elsewhere.

I wrote a negative review early this morning because of my last couple of experiences.
However I am a fair person and would like to share the experience I had a few minutes ago.
My doctor called in a rx yesterday @ approximately 4pm, I waited for a text informing when to pick it up, I got busy at home and didn't call to check. Granted, it should have been ready before closing time. This morning I called at 9am re status, at 11, I received a text informing me it was ready. I went thru the drive thru; fortunately there were no other cars, and was greeted by the most pleasant gentleman with a huge smile, who handed me my meds and even wished me a great day. Lesson learned, generalizations are never fair. It's about the individual, and yes, the 30-40 minute wait time is unacceptable, I truly believe they are understaffed and just can't keep up with the volume.
I Hope management takes the time to read these reviews and does something to improve the situation.

They always have only 1 employee working at the registers and the pharmacy line is always long with again 1 employee at the register
