I Asked for help early morning on a Tuesday at around 7am A lady with a blue greenish button down collar shirt chubby gave me attitude for it didn't seem to want to help almost running and hiding denying customers service asking me "what you want" in a loud irritated manner twice really uncomfortable trying to get smart with me when all I was asking for some customer service she helped me out at the end but I had to hold my tongue cashier lady was nicer

So this place decided to mistreat an elderly lady Infront of me. I couldn't believe they told her to come back after 5pm.mind you it was 9:15 am to be exact.or she can simply take her scrip somewhere else. The pharmacy manager was very rude to her. His name is Javier. It was antibiotics that she needed to have asap so her infection doesn't get worse. She was in agony,I saw it. They saw it and I even caught the girl named Daniela make a joke about her with the other staff. The pharmacy was empty yet he said they would have it ready at 5pm... So after 6 months here I'm leaving to another cvs

Walked in store and found that cashiers were streaming music via bluetooth to a very loud portable speaker some dance music. It was very loud and had inappropriate language. I knocked on the door to the office and asked the young man that answered if he was the manager. He said yes and I asked him if he could check if that was the approved music for the store. He said yes but never did. It is difficult to focus on medical issues and prescription directions when at the pharmacy and that music is booming so loudly. I went back and asked him his name. He refused and said it was his personal business. I went to the pharmacy and asked the pharmacist clerk if he could give me the name of the manager on the floor, he did not want to get in trouble and give me his name. He was there when the supervisor refused to give his name. He went to the pharmacy supervisor and explained what had happened. I totally understand why he didn't give me the manager's name due to fear of reprisal. The pharmacist was very nice and professional and gave me the name of the Supervisor as Miguel. At that time I was informed that in fact he was not the manager but a supervisor. Is it CVS policy to place loud inappropriate dance music or do you have your own approved sound track? Also, is it CVS policy to have employees not give their names? This is truly a horribly managed store.

The worst customer service in all of Miami.!! The cashier Guadalupe has no empathy and she doesn't know her job either, but the worst is the guy ( undercover, Manager? ) He told me to shup up." Disrespectful behavior towards me as a customer, arrogant actitud. I will never come back to this place, and for now not more any CVS..There are a lot of stores, I can purchase my medicine...and OTC...Bye, Hasta La Vista CVS..

The service in general is effective, the employees are very professionals . The only thing I might suggested is to have 2 lane in the drive thought. Specially when is for Covid test.

The line for covid-19 vaccine is ridiculous, they do not respect the time of appointments, there is not social distancing and people skip the line. Pharmacy manager use less.
