This location is horrible either way customer service. The last time I was here there was a price tag and they said I had to wait till 5pm to get the price of the tag. INSANE. Now, I came to pick up photos and explained a 50% coupon did not apply and they said I had to call customer service. For this just have computer and self service kiosk if the employees don’t want to provide any service or humans required work

CVS at The Crossings has improved my experience with my prescriptions from 1 to 10. Friendly staff, knowledgeable, respectful, caring people who care about me, my health and my understanding of all my prescriptions. Keep the good work!

This is a new and improved CVS! The lines seem to be shorter than their prior location in this mall. So far only 1-2 people in front of me. It would be great if there were more checkout personnel at the pharmacy. Also, it popped up on the screen that the RX I filled might be contraindicated with another med. I was glad they asked me! Makes me want to be sure to keep all my RXs in one location so they know all the meds I'm taking.

Shiny brand new pharmacy . Excellent customer service especially from the pharmacist who was able to find my insurance online easily even if I did t have my insurance card. Her name is Anjana Prem Kumar. She runs a tight operation. Isabella was awesome too. She pointed out that I'd missed two for one items and provided service with a smile. This is now my new pharmacy

Ok so it’s Friday night and I’m too tired to go to Total wines, so I take chance to purchase wine from CVS what can go wrong right… I pick up an over priced Cavit Pinot Grigio which at this point, was the least of my concern. I get home chilled the wine, opened the wine and to my disappointment it was vinegar in a bottle!!! Please check your shelf life and remove wine that has been on it for over five years!!! Or at least mark the price down!!!

Website states they provide wellness visits and physicals but This is not the case. Do not go here if you need a regular check up, doctor does not take your height, blood pressure or even weight and it seems they want you in/out quickly. Water fountain in waiting area did not work and was full of dust, you could tell it was not cleaned in weeks. Cvs location is also a bit run down and under construction
