Shiny brand new pharmacy . Excellent customer service especially from the pharmacist who was able to find my insurance online easily even if I did t have my insurance card. Her name is Anjana Prem Kumar. She runs a tight operation. Isabella was awesome too. She pointed out that I'd missed two for one items and provided service with a smile. This is now my new pharmacy

Ok so it’s Friday night and I’m too tired to go to Total wines, so I take chance to purchase wine from CVS what can go wrong right… I pick up an over priced Cavit Pinot Grigio which at this point, was the least of my concern. I get home chilled the wine, opened the wine and to my disappointment it was vinegar in a bottle!!! Please check your shelf life and remove wine that has been on it for over five years!!! Or at least mark the price down!!!

Website states they provide wellness visits and physicals but This is not the case. Do not go here if you need a regular check up, doctor does not take your height, blood pressure or even weight and it seems they want you in/out quickly. Water fountain in waiting area did not work and was full of dust, you could tell it was not cleaned in weeks. Cvs location is also a bit run down and under construction

The very worst pharmacy in Miami. Terrible service. Not service oriented . supervisor is rude and short with customers. Terrible hrs. A mistake was made on cvs part which caused several problems

The manager here is extremely rude, she gets mad when you don't use the self check out. The reason that I didn't use the self check out is because I had some questions. She looks bothered all the time and never says hello.

Don't go here if you want to be watched while you shop and be interfered with while doing self checkout. I was shopping with my boyfriend for oral products and I look down the aisle and see this woman watching us. She left the aisle as soon as I made eye contact with her. We purchased a few items and some disinfectant wipes on sale and continued browsing. We decided to get a few more of the wipes and while I ran back to grab another while my boyfriend was checking out she comes up to him and asks if our bag of already purchased items was ours and grabs to bag to move it (he didn't ask her for assistance) Not sure if it was my nose piercings or tattoos but nasty experience with that woman. Wasn't wearing a name tag either.

Once you are in the Farmacy you have a very good attention, but the phone service is awful you can be in the phone for 2 hours and will have no luck talking to a human being

Omg, guys, how do you work there? I feel so bad for you. The whole store strongly stinks like a dog pees. My neighbor has 3 dogs and 7 cats and her place smells better than this store. Gosh! Health department has to be informed about this and take actions. Pharmacy which stinks like pees? Unacceptable!

I really don't know how many times I've been in this store, but every time I go, I swear I'm never going back. 95 % of the time,,, there is absolutely no cashier, the marvelous so called management have decided that it is better to let the people stand around, and wait for the next customer to get frustrated trying to do a job ,,,, they're not trained to do, and that's run a cash register. THEN,,, out of the 2,,, self check outs available, there's one down, line is increasingly getting longer, more customers frustrated,,, and when you do make it up, after maneuvering around all the end caps, wing stacks, and aisle blockage sales items some brainiac decided to cramp into the front,,"waiting room", now there's only 1,,,, self check out working, and after being 6th in line, getting to that 1 machine,,,, then,,, an associate comes over, and waves their I'd card , and starts up the other machine. This locations management practices are barbaric at best. Obviously, the DM doesnt set 1 foot inside this store,,, or if they do, they're friends with the manager,, and consequently, both should be fired ! HOW MUCH LONGER IS DISTRICT GOING TO PUT UP WITH THIS ,,,, UTTER LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! From a supposedly "trusted" CVS !??????? I guess I have to start looking for a WALGREEN'S !!

Very bad service, after standing in line for 30 minutes, ( no one was taking care of the customers) no apparent reason for the delay, then the staff takes my prescription and makes a negative face, then without a word, puts my prescription in front of the next window, no instructions on what to do next. I just took my prescription back from the counter and left. I didn't want to wait another 1/2 hour at another line. I guess I'll my prescription somewhere else

I have gotten Milk for the pass 3 weeks n the milk has been bad. I don't have time to go return it, so BEWARE don't buy milk at that location.
