Medications are never in stock. Lines are always very long and customer service is severely lacking. They NEVER answer their phones and if by some miracle they do they place you on an eternal hold. Seriously the worst pharmacy in Dade County!!!! It should be called CVS and Menos.

Customer service is great. They help you with your requests at the pharmacy. The employes at the cvs store also are cery helpfull. I like this pharmacy a lot better than other CVS

Worst CVS store in Miami. They easily leave u waiting for 30 mnts or more at the drivethru window without reaching back to u with an explanation. You can b in line inside the pharmacy waiting for more than 20 mnts and see 3 other associates working and not helping customers waiting. Now I'm heading myself to the store to transfer an Epilepsy medication to another store beacause they just don't pick up the phone. Wish I had the Cero Star Rate option.

Terrible customer service. 40 minutes waiting on the phone. He gave it one star because they don't have fractions of it. I check that they offer "more":
Terrible attention, abuse with the client who needs a service. Sorry about my wasted time. Time that perhaps some of you will not spend reading my complaint.

YOUR CVS PHARMACY STAFF KEEPS CLAIMING NON-RECEIPT OF DOCTORS PRESCRIPTIONS. DOCTOR SENT ON THE 9 AND AGAIN ON THE 10TH OF MARCH SAME PRESCRIPTION WITH CONFIRMATION OF SENT SUCCESSFULLY. HOWEVER, YOUR STAFF KEEPS SAYING THEY DON'T HAVE IT! THIS IS JUST UNBELIEVABLE. I WILL DEFINITELY CHANGE PHARMACY RIGHT AWAY!

The store is open 24 hours but the bathrooms are closed to the public at night. This doesn't seem like good customer service to me. My purchases that I make at night for convenience will no longer be done here.
