I’d like to point out that the “Drop Off” sign in your pharmacy is confusing. It’s not actually a drop-off line — prescriptions can only be dropped off in the “Pick Up” line. Please update or correct the signage to avoid confusion. Thank you.

Horrible customer service from each individual in this pharmacy. I get that some people can get frustrated with work but the pharm. TECH Laura was having a bad day at work today, and thought it would be nice to be rude, unethical, and unprofessional over the phone when I am clarifying all the meds that were sent and if ready. Mind you I’m a medical professional as well, and I would never treat a patient or customer nor client less than the other one just because Laura was having a bad day. We won’t be needing services from CVS pharmacy. Hope this helps the next customer to avoid this particular CVS location. Rather drive 10 more mins to Walgreens.

The pharmacist could of help but he was a bit stubborn on this day, must of been the rainy weather, but nevertheless he should of used common sense and bypass policies that could be waived using again common sense
