I had a very disappointing experience at this CVS Pharmacy. After waiting in line for a long time, I was told to leave and that they would call me within an hour. When I returned after an hour, they said my medicine was ready — but no one had called me as promised. I just wanted to pick it up, but they insisted that I wait in line again, even though I had already done so.
I was in pain and felt that I was treated unfairly and without compassion. Sadly, it seemed that I was treated differently because I am not Latino. This experience left me feeling disrespected and hurt.

Excellent experience, visiting a CVS. I love that they have Latin Items , Like Venezuelan wafers cookies , chocolates and other latins products .

after my hospital discharge they did not offer me a genetic option for the medication I needed... they are obliged by law to do so!! I in the other hand had to go back to the hospital to ask them to send the pharmacy the new order of the generic one which I was told that it was already written in the first prescription that it was accepted to also take a generic... they where probably hoping that I would spend the $400 that I was being charged... PS ohh and I did mention that I had just been discharged ... BE AWARE little sense of help in this place>> might swell replace them with robots , could be more humane

When a store is newly opened, you would expect its service to be efficient and up to standard. However, every time I go to pick up my medication, the customer service is consistently disappointing. The experience has been so frustrating that I’m seriously considering switching to online delivery just to avoid the unnecessary hassle.

How is it possible to fill the same prescription 2 months in a row and on the 3rd month they screw it up and say the prescription is wrong to go call your doctor and get a new one with the correct information. Why didn't that issue occur on the first fill. Should have stayed with Walgreens, slightly better service at least. They made me do a refund so until it finally appears in my bank account, I wont be able to afford my medication.

Thanks for the opportunity because, there's no other way i can express my dissatisfaction with the CVS 13675 Sw 88th Street. First at all, the personal hardly speak English. they push me all the time to start speaking Spanish in the middle of the conversation. second, it's almost impossible to speak at the phone with somebody in the pharmacy, the system send you straight to a recording machine were i should left a message for them to attend. an hour later someone call me and literally hang up the phone after i picked up. i guess that way the system will "record" that they indeed called me and case solved. i had to start the whole process again from the begging. That pharmacy has been taken by the ineptitude an professionalism of a third world country. the attendants chatting about their personal life really loud in front of a huge line of people. the ambiance in the pharmacy is like Cuba or Puerto Rico instead USA.
