Sad to say one of the largest corporate pharmacy is lacking in their management field. The store located: 13675 SW 88th St Miami, Fl 33186 has horrible customer service skills along with no man power to handle the local community demand of prescription needed. The form of communication is extremely poor such as their phones not working for over 5 months now, a very loud static of which does not allow the patients to have a clear conversation with a CVS employee in the pharmacy department. The staff is very rude, and that comes with the frustration they have accumulated due to their heavy work flow and not enough man power to handle the work load. Very poor customer skills. We go to the pharmacy because we need medications which we pay. Your personnel treat the customers like they were providing the medications for free and they are doing you a favor for talking to you. The wait time to pick.a prescription it more than 45 minutes.

Please stay away from this pharmacy, they are so rude, they hang up the phone on you, they don't answer, they give you attitude, and never get the prescription correctly. Please, go to a diffrent pharmacy. the worst customer support at this location.

CVS had emailed to leave a review on my last experience here. I had just gotten my wisdom teeth removed and my boyfriend had gone inside and dropped of my prescription while I was in the car we came at 12 and was given a wait time for 7/7:30. My boyfriend had asked if there was a way to speed this up as I was already starting to feel some pain and he was told there were backed up for the day and it wasn't possible. I even called around 3 to tell them if they could have it ready sooner but they did not pick up. The prescription was ready a little earlier around 6 and but I was in a lot of pain. We picked it up no problem and that was that. NOW for my review I gave my HONEST review that this pharmacy took a while to give me my prescription and I had to be in unnecessary pain, and I gave them a 5 or 6 on wether I would recommend this CVS pharmacy to family of friends which was me being generous because I WOULD NOT (the pharmacy I usually go to would've had that for me ALOT sooner.) now yesterday on 7/22/2023 at 6:12pm I got a call from this CVS from an older man. At first I thought he was going to apologize about the miscommunication and how I had to be in pain BUT NOO what I got was far from that. He was basically saying how someone from corporate came down and they got in trouble for the review I left. Then he started getting very aggressive with me and basically called me a LIAR for the review I left. I hung up on him because I'm STILL in a alot of pain from my surgery and the last thing I needed was some grown ass man bitching at me and calling me a liar for a review saying that they took a while WHICH WAS 100% TRUE. He then started harassing me and called me another 3 times I picked up on the 3rd told him to LEAVE ME ALONE and I don't wish to speak to him. I really wish I got his name but I'm sure it won't be hard to find out which man was man working at 6:12pm on 7/22/2023 who could've called me. If CVS is reaching out to me for an honest review and ASKING me how my experience went I really don't want to be harassed by their employees who can't own up to their mistakes and egos are so fragilely bruised. I worked in customer service for years and you have to take reviews as a way to improve not a way to harass your customers. Do better and stop taking your frustrations out on your customers. I will be calling corporate today and then he can explain to them why he feels the need to disrespect their customers.

Worst pharmacy service provider. They take long on helping you and when they finally give u help is like u bothering them or interrupting their time. Is like they hire anyone to work there and nobody has a clue on what they are doing.

My experience at this pharmacy was very unpleasant. To begin I waited over thirty minutes in the drive-thru to then be informed that their system was down and I had to return in 30 minutes. When I came back in 30 minutes I yet again had to wait over 30 minutes to be advised that because the system was down my order was not ready and they were giving priority to other orders. The pharmacist tried to be helpful and told me she could send my prescription for a nebulizer to a nearby pharmacy because they may have it available to pick up faster.The next day I called the pharmacy to have them transfer my prescription to the nearby pharmacy and was advised they do not do that because it is medical equipment. I then asked if they had the nebulizer in stock and was placed on hold for over 30 minutes. I hung up and called back because it seemed as if they had forgotten about me. Sure enough the same person answered the phone immediately and confirmed they had the nebulizer but I would have to go after 5:30 pm to pick up.When I went after 5:30 pm to pick up the nebulizer and waiting in line for almost an hour, I approach the window to be informed they do not have any nebulizers. At this point I’m extremely frustrated as everyone at the pharmacy gives different information, the wait times are ridiculous and the employees do not have proper training as to the information provided to customers. After expressing my frustrations, the pharmacist then says oh I’m sorry I am mistaken we actually do have a nebulizer. All this while my sick 2 year old is crying in the car. Thankfully we left with the nebulizer and prescription, but to say it was a mission and a very poor experience is an understatement. CVS really needs to do something about their employee trainings and wait time. I am giving two stars because the employees were never rude to me and were understanding with my frustrations.
