I would not give a single star to that pharmacy, poor customer service in all aspects, the pharmacy employees with prescriptions, including the doctor, have very bad form, they made a mistake with a medication that they sent without a name and I I returned because I didn't know what medication it was and the doctor at the pharmacy informed me that it was the medication they had sent me. The one that came out to me earlier told me that I had to go there with all the packages and all the medications, because they did not understand what I was explaining to them, they were the ones who made the mistake and they treat you badly. At the OTC the employee is never there, you have to wait in line to pay in front. I had been in that pharmacy for years and now I don't know what is happening, it is unfortunate that a person who feels bad has to go pick up a medication and receives that bad attention. Not counting the long lines and there are only 2 cashiers, they never say who the manager is when you ask for her. She is always busy or not available, in short she doesn't show her face. I had to call the general Cvs corporation to file a complaint and everything remains the same. I had to change pharmacies in the end. I don't know how to recommend it to anyone

This place should be ashamed of themselves REPRESENTING CVS. The most disgusting restroom. Not cleaned. This from a company who represents good health.
I had to ask the pharmacist for toilet paper. The employees are the only ones allowed to use the women’s restroom and the general public are forced to use the men’s restroom. As a woman, the LAST thing I want to see and smell, is a men’s urinal.
And who is changing their baby in this stink hole????
As we started shopping, we had to wait for assistance because nearly every single item is under lock and key. This might be a neighborhood with questionable values, but your customers are travelers who have basic needs.
Get it together CVS.

The manager who was in the store this morning is horrible, she gives an answer without looking at the customer and listening to him based on what her employee says. The employees and manager's peak desire to work and try to help the customer is unacceptable.

Very poor quality in the pharmacy, you call to order the medications and when you go at 3 or 4 hours they never have them ready and you have to wait another hour sitting waiting for the patience of the workers.

It is the first time I write an opinion about a place, but it seems totally disrespectful to me. When I go to pay for eye drops at the checkout and see that the price was not the same as what it said on the shelf, the girl tells me to go to the OTC area so the lady can check the price for me. The lady seemed like she didn't feel like working and told me no, that at that time the clients had already disorganized everything (it was 11:00 am) that if it were early in the morning maybe yes, I would politely explain to her what It couldn't have been a customer since the drops were organized and in a row, he told me in an arrogant tone that if I wanted to return the product, he turned his back and left, leaving me standing there as if I didn't exist. In the end I took the drops as they were a necessity and not a luxury. I hope the manager does the right things and sees who he hires.
