Had a HORRIBLE experience with an associate called JOSE. I was trying to return items on an order I did through door dash that was $100. I went earlier last week and a nice lady helped me with the return but i was unable to do it because I didn’t have my physical card JOSE was RUDE and UNHELPFUL. He was giving me an enormous amount of attitude which made me upset and uncomfortable. He shouldn’t be working as customer service if he doesn’t know how to be nice. I would NEVER hire someone like him

I was at this store on Saturday morning. The terrible smell that in front of the store is totally disgusting! They need to pressure wash and maintain the entrance and surrounding area!

Claudio is an amazing employee! He gave us wonderful service, was extremely friendly, helpful, and attentive to all our needs. He also had a lot of patience whenever we asked him questions. His energy is contagious! We left with everything we needed, very satisfied with our experience

CVS pharmacies are a disaster all around. Poor customer service, impossible to talk to someone when you call. I have held 40 minutes and no one picked up. Now, you can’t even get through to anyone. You have to leave a voice message for someone to call you back. The automated system is terrible. I had a refill left on a medication yet the automated system said they could not refill it without calling my doctor first. Just terrible to have to deal with CVS. The staff works at turtle pace and have no sympathy for people who are standing in line for extended times. A major customer service revamp is desperately needed.

I have a lot of respect for medical professionals. While there was a bit of a language barrier, due to my poor Spanish, the busy staff were very nice and helpful.
I had ordered two refills since we cannot be at home due to an impending hurricane. They were not ready but they told me I only had to wait 15 minutes. 10 minutes later I had our prescriptions!
Thanks CVS. Life is good with important meds!

Very bad service, they have 5 or 6 in the back and just 1 dealing with clients in the front, yes they talk a lot…and they can’t help when you ask for your refill in advance when you are doing a trip…Publix 157 and sunset is much better and better client attention. My insurance is forcing me to go to CVS, I will transfer my medication to a different one.
