Very convenient but, surroundings and the inside are not clean nor represent Brickell. There are always homeless people at its entrance. Why can’t they remodel it to look nicer? Clean it up, please.
They need to raise the standards. A better CVS is located in Key Biscayne. That location is much nicer and should serve as an example for CVS BRICKELL to follow.

Very unfriendly unprofessional service at the counter of the pharmacy - cero empathy with my mother who is elderly and came to take care of the daughter who is in pain can’t move at home - instead of being a little empathetic and help she decided she had to move and come back on another time as she was busy. Health professionals should be at minimum empathetic - blond lady at the pharmacy in brickell Avenue around 9 am . Very unfriendly

Lovely store and attentive staff but be careful walking in and out, especially if you’re a woman. There were two homeless men waiting outside the store asking everyone for money. Those people deserve safe places to sleep at night. I wish the CVS security would direct them to those places. The larger man followed me and my 3-year-old down the street repeatedly demanding that I go back inside and get him $41. He kept flexing his muscles and telling me he had just gotten out of jail. I finally ran back in, got the money, gave it to him and ran for my hotel. He didn’t follow me. Again, homeless people deserve places to sleep and resources. Florida needs to treat them better so stuff like this doesn’t happen. But they know that CVS has an ATM and they were prowling around demanding money, which isn’t safe for anyone. I wish the security would direct them to shelters instead of letting them follow people.

Jeremiah took care of us and helped us get our passport photos ready he went above and beyond with what we needed provided excellent service and for that I will be continuing to use this CVS thank you so much for making us feel welcomed!
