Impossible to get someone on the phone. I just had surgery and needed to pick up my prescription. I went there and they barely paid me any attention. They said my prescription wasn’t there. So I called my doctor and he ensured me that he had already sent it out. He also guided me where I can actually see that my prescription had been approved a day before.To avoid having my boyfriend drive us there again for no reason, we called the CVS multiple times and no one answered! We finally had to go there again for them to only give me 1 of the 3 prescriptions that I have record of being prescribed to me at this CVS.I am still in pain because I can’t get my medication! Worst CVS ever!

Second time I go to this pharmacy and they are unable to help. This time they rather not bill my insurance simply not to have to take the time to double check my policy that is active but said it wasn't, so I had to request to the pharmacist to please verify my information and just like the last time she had an attitude and rolled her eyes. You go there kinda vulnerable and this is what you get. I'm taking my business somewhere else. Keep up with the horrible customer service. 07/13/23 @7:50pm

CVS 5147 is an example of customer care and excellent in the healthcare business. They always go above and beyond for the customer to be satisfied. I’ve been a customer for a long time now of this pharmacy and I truly haven’t seen this type of care in other CVS. From the physical store through the phone line they are always courteous and professional.

Terrible experience. I transferred to this CVS from the 200 location across from bayside because one of the old pharmacy techs could not do anything right. She could never find my medication and was always so rude to customers. Now I come to this location and she's working there again. I let her know I was looking to transfer my prescription to this location and she said my medication was out of stock but that she would reorder it and have it ready in 2 days. I just got back from this cvs and I was told "there is nothing ready for you here and we don't even have that medication in stock." Again, the very reason I transferred to a different cvs is now the absolute reason I will no longer be getting my medication sent to CVS. I told the pharmacy tech specifically that I was low on medication and she told me not to worry about. The lack of competence and care really shows.

They have begun overcharging for various presciptions. When asked to provide information on what was charged for the same prescriptions last time, they say they dont have the records. And one employee goes on to destroy printed price sheet with lower prices and prints out higher price sheet and claims previous prices are no longer valid.

I been a costumer for 10 years in the same location.before was a pleasure to go ,after covid everything changed,the staff was very rude,especially the farmacyst,no answer back,not even looking at you,very bad costumer service.hopefully something changes,now i see some new employees .

The cashier here Yohan charged the most expensive item I had twice. When I showed him the error, he pretended to refund me but did not complete it correctly. I called him out on it but he claimed it went through correctly and recommended that I wait for my credit card statement. I reviewed the receipts again and made him do it again. He reluctantly completed corrected to overcharge. Not only did he overcharge me, he did not issue me the refund and lied about doing it. Always check your receipt and beware of this store.
