At the pharmacy they hire Spanish only speakers. So when I tell them I don't understand them they get annoyed and they're rude. I was denied prescription... they said it was available but my insurance didn't cover it. When I said I'll pay cash they told me they are not accepting cash purchases. Why?!?! Than my mother in law who went later on that day got her prescription (the same as I) they didn't give her any problems. Oh also I just called right now and they answered the phone and put it on mute. They did that twice! They're very unprofessional. Also they should hire BILINGUAL PEOPLE. Not ones that only speak Spanish. We're in Miami, not in Cuba!

It is a total displeasure this place, the floors, ceilings, are in very bad condition, it is a public company listed on the stock exchange, it is unbelievable that they offer places like this. Many unoccupied shelves, in the photos you will be able to see how bad this place is.

650 Nw 27th Ave in Little Havana have the best compassionate workers, especially when there’s matter in needs to special need children & elderly, not limited tho… I am neither, but my child is of needs & let’s just say whether her prescription was in, insurance fully covered, or meds were in stock CVS PHARMACY TECHS. Found ways to render proper services… #Forevergreatful

Every time I come here, the all seem like it's the first day at their job. I'm amazed the make it out their house without forgetting how to open their own front door. I use the cvs app to be more efficient but nope! They mess up my prescription every time and they are monthly in auto refill. Come on!

I had one of the worst experiences of my life in this CVS.I was poorly attended, despised, disrespected, I felt like a real idiot within CVS.I booked the Pfizer vaccine booster through the app and also. Flu Shot. At CVS Pharmacy - Operating as CVS y Más. 650 NW 27TH AVE, MIAMI, FL 33125. Monday, October 3 at 2:30pm. For me, Adriano dos Santos and for my wife Adriana Barros. 4 dose. All the previous ones were in other CVS units.I arrived at CVS 20 minutes early. Checked in and asked to wait. I waited for 40 MINUTES!!!!! 40 MINUTES!!!!When I went to complain, the employees were staring at each other not knowing what to say!!! The attendant saying she processed the vaccine, the others saying they didn't know anything. I just tore up my vaccination card and threw it in their faces. AN ABSURD!!! How in the middle of 2022 can there be so much incompetence???I'm canceling my CVS membership, I'm never coming back. I just wanted to record it. Goodbye.

Terrible experience at the pharmacy in this cvs. Despite having an appointment for both flu and covid shot, a really rude lady said that she would only do flu because she did not see it in the system.After that, she proceeded to try to charge me saying my insurance did not cover for the shot, when I know positively it does. She printed some form with someone else’s data and insurance info not matching mine. After showing my insurance id with the right data they insisted it was not covered. After all this episode I felt it was not safe to get anything in this location so I went somewhere else to get the vaccine with no issues and no charges from my insurance

Shoutout to Lena H in pharmacy who made me feel like I was coming to visit family instead of just picking up a prescription. There was some issue with insurance and she tried multiple times to get it filled and called my doctor to change the prescription so insurance would cover it. She was so patient and fun to talk to and made sure everything worked out.Everyone else helped out too! You can tell the people who work at the pharmacy get along so well and genuinely like each other. Thank you Lena & pharm team! You guys made my day!

Came to this store to pick up a script for my daughter after a major surgery the pharmacy was not to open until 8am, the other workers could not get in until the pharmacist get in which was way after 8:10am they were so unprofessional here I'm so glad the one in my state is open when it's supposed to now it's 8:13 I'm done bad service.

The worse customer service ever given to anyone in this life time . They promised me at ready time for 500 pm the medicine for my grandmother but when I got there it wasn’t ready and let me add that my grandmother is COVID positive and they didn’t care . The tech at the pharmacy told me she would call me when it was ready . Not having any consideration for the sick .
