Kevin, the pharmacist, is the light your day needs. He effectively helped me review the insurance of my meds and reduce the cost I was about to pay significantly. He is kind and effective.

Kevin at the CVS on 3401 N Miami Ave is extremely rude and seems to think he’s the store’s attack dog, barking orders and yelling at customers. Instead of helping, he prefers to make excuses and push people to other pharmacies, making it clear he doesn’t want to work hard—just scare customers away.

>> AVOID THIS CVS IF YOU WANT Rx DELIVERY << One of their own pharmacists told me he dissuades customers from ordering their Rx's delivered from this store because of their unreliable delivery service.
Here's the issue, as told to me by pharmacy staff: Because this store is not a stand-alone CVS, rather one inside a Target, they do NOT have a regular daily courier for their Rx deliveries, meaning it can be DAYS before a Rx is picked up for delivery. You would think all CVS stores have the same standards and accord all customers equal measures of quality service no matter what CVS pharmacy department you shop at, but apparently this is not so.
One of my Rx refills took FIVE days to arrive via USPS. But another was LOST after I requested delivery from this store -- and I'm an Extra Care Plus member. Postal Service tracking shows a label was created and "USPS awaiting item." Two weeks later: No update, no delivery. Either the medicine got conveniently "lost" by a dishonest pharmacist or the Postal Service, in its characteristic incompetence, bungled the delivery.
Lesson learned -- I withdrew my Rx from this CVS and will not let this store handle anymore of my business.
(I relayed what I learned about stand-alone CVSes vs. CVSes inside Target to CVS Customer Service and told them this needs to be corrected. The ball's in their court.)

This pharmacy is understaffed and the people who work there, simply don't care about customers. Every time I call this pharmacy, I have to wait for hours for them to pick up the phone and when they do (if they feel like it), all you hear is "Pharmacy, please hold." This is ridiculous! They put you back on hold and rarely ever get back to you. Worst pharmacy ever! I prefer Walgreens, but my insurance no longer works with it. Just shut it down or hire people who actually want to work.

The bald guy who works here did not want to call the insurance to approve a medication. I spoke to the insurance myself and waited in the Pharmacy for 1 hour and 20 minutes and the insurance told me the PHARMACIST had to call. His competence is like his hair, non-existent....terrible service, don't go to this Pharmacy, they don't even do what their supposed to do.
