It’s a pleasure to visit CVS. I always find what I’m looking for, the customer service is excellent , and I always get a lot of coupons that I can apply on my next purchases.

If you have the option to go to another pharmacy, avoid this CVS. I waited in a line of over 13 people, only to be told that my daughter’s prescription — sent over a week ago — wasn’t ready and I’d have to return in two hours. When I came back the next day, there were over 15 people waiting and only two extremely slow employees working.
I explained the situation at the drop-off counter and asked for help, but was told I needed to wait in line again. I asked for a manager, who came over and was incredibly rude, offering no solution and no empathy.
The customer service here is nonexistent. It’s disappointing that I live just 5 minutes away but now have to look for another pharmacy because of how poorly this location is run.

Very poorly run pharmacy. I'm a patient of this CVS and yet they have not had my medication in stock for over 3 weeks! I have come in every Tuesday. How hard is it to keep your inventory stocked for customers you know you have? Update from 2025, still the same crappy pharmacy, they blame your doctor's office every time they input internal information incorrectly and are extremely unhelpful and rude.

Hello, today I had my first shopping experience "SHOPPING CAR", with the help of one of your store collaborators, a person with a lot of education, customer service ethics, efficiency and with an admirable command in performing their work, that is why I feel very safe when making my purchase, leaving said store with joy, satisfaction in my pocket, thanks to the different discounts that the store offers on the entire variety of its products.
I recommend all CVS customers to continue buying and consuming their products. Thank you guy for your attention.

PHARMACY SERVICE. There were 4 minutes left until it closed and the boy didn't want to accept my referral for a medication because they were already going to close. What would happen the next day. I always go to this CVS to shop and it's the first time I've used the pharmacy service and they serve incompetent people.

If you aren't opening 24h don't advertise the business as 24h. Its not fair. What a negative customer experience!!! Always huge lines waiting, and you close at lunch break? Please find more qualified staff, rotate personnel so they can have lunch without closing and shorten the waiting lines. I can't wait to be able to order my prescriptions online! Unfortunately my insurance has very limited options.
