Worst and slowest pharmacy service ever. They used to be good, I used them for at least 2-3 years because it's clean and on a regular route I used. But in last several months to a year my patience has run out. The drive thru has two lanes, but good luck: one lane has no service for some reason, and it's been months. But you won't find out until you drive up and wait. No sign. It's not blocked. NO ONE lets you know until you've pulled in and waited, only to have several cars que up in the other line. Drive all the way around, and now instead of being in 2nd place - had you known one lane isn't being used - you're 3rd or 4th line because other cars have had time to come in. HOW ABOUT PLACING A SIGN folks?? Or blocking the second lane??? How hard is that??
Park and run inside, it's no different. You'll wait your turn at least 15 minutes even with only one person in front of you. They are consistently understaffed, grumpy, rushed (god forbid you have a question or have other items to purchase so you don't wait in line again for that shampoo or makeup).
Im done with this place. Get your act together folks.

The pharmacy is incredibly disorganized and getting medications from them takes a minimum of 30 minutes. It’s incredible. The staff has NO sense of urgency or desire to help customers whatsoever. Staff is also very rude.

This is the worst managed Pharmacy I have ever experienced. I am a regular customer here and it has taken over 3 weeks to fill my regular monthly prescription (even though I have received messages from CVS stating that my prescription was ready for pickup, it is not). This happens almost every single month here and I have had enough.

Worst pharmacy imaginable. My daughter’s prescription took over a week to fill. A couple weeks later my husband nearly died, he was stabilized and sent home. Prescriptions sent by the hospital to the pharmacy and two days later, still not filled. We went back another two days later and still not filled. They asked us to wait 10 minutes and all of a sudden it was filled. I will admit, I exploded as these people forget they are messing with people’s health and lives here. They slowly fill every prescription we bring in. And her response…”This is actually an over the counter prescription” 🫤 You never told us that! Just awful…we will never go back. **UPDATE - My husband didn’t want to mention at the time, but we got home and they only filled one of the two prescriptions. 😡 Walgreens thanks you for your business.

Thank you, Duina, in pharmacy, for being so kind and finding best option at best price for us. You went the extra mile. You even called us back to confirm another detail. It was great that I could just leave a voice mail and the pharmacy called me back within the hour as promised. This CVS store has really great customer service. Thank you!

I’d give the pharmacy less stars if I could. Consistently the laziest excuse for a store I’ve ever seen.

Went after midnight, the cashier/front desk guy did not take his eyes off of us. Made us feel very uncomfortable, will never come here late again what a weirdo.

Unfortunately I did not have a good opinion of this store. Mrs. Cynthia, a floor worker, the lady's attitude was very bad, it must have been reflected in the cameras that she even left me talking to myself at the time I was asking her about a medication, if they had it in stock? This was the second incident with her, the first was in the hallway just before entering the medicine line, suddenly we almost collided and I said 'sorry' to which she said 'excuse me', asking to go to the time. I know that working with the public is not easy, suddenly if it is not your vocation then you should apply for another type of work, there are thousands of trades and jobs available, it works for all people in general, nowadays it is very common to see these types of scenarios every day. THIS IS AMERICA, DO NOT FORGET.

drive-through is awful. they know you are at window and continue to take their time at the computer before even acknowledging you at the window as you just wait for them to show up at window. very unprofessional and rude. doesn't even say thank you.

This Pharmacy has the worst customer service ever, one Lady working at the Pharmacy she has blonde hair. She literally had a discussion with me, and told me “Fresca” that is a very disrespectful Word in Spanish. She’s talked to me very agressible , at the Pharmacy, and pointed her arms and fingers, behind the counter, to me. Ended up, confirming to me, that she will not going to prepared my medication.
And a neighbor, ADA Simancas.

It pains me to recount my recent experience at the store, where I encountered an interaction that left me feeling disheartened and undervalued. At 76 years old, I've learned to appreciate kindness and understanding, qualities that seemed absent during my encounter with Manager Douglas.Upon entering the CVS, I sought assistance from Manager Douglas to open the case where the soaps were locked up. As a customer with limited mobility, I rely on the goodwill of store staff to assist me with such tasks. However, instead of extending a helping hand, Manager Douglas responded with a level of rudeness that took me aback. His dismissive tone and curt demeanor made me feel like a burden for simply asking for assistance. As someone who values courteous service and empathy, I couldn't help but feel a pang of sadness at the lack of consideration shown towards me.While I understand that managing a store can be demanding, I believe that basic human decency should always prevail. Regardless of age or circumstance, every customer deserves to be treated with respect and understanding. In conclusion, my encounter with Manager Douglas left me questioning the level of customer service provided by the store. It's disheartening to think that a simple request for assistance could elicit such a cold response. As someone who has frequented this CVS for years, I sincerely hope that instances like mine prompt a reflection on the importance of empathy and kindness in customer interactions.
