drive-through is awful. they know you are at window and continue to take their time at the computer before even acknowledging you at the window as you just wait for them to show up at window. very unprofessional and rude. doesn't even say thank you.

It pains me to recount my recent experience at the store, where I encountered an interaction that left me feeling disheartened and undervalued. At 76 years old, I've learned to appreciate kindness and understanding, qualities that seemed absent during my encounter with Manager Douglas.Upon entering the CVS, I sought assistance from Manager Douglas to open the case where the soaps were locked up. As a customer with limited mobility, I rely on the goodwill of store staff to assist me with such tasks. However, instead of extending a helping hand, Manager Douglas responded with a level of rudeness that took me aback.His dismissive tone and curt demeanor made me feel like a burden for simply asking for assistance. As someone who values courteous service and empathy, I couldn't help but feel a pang of sadness at the lack of consideration shown towards me.While I understand that managing a store can be demanding, I believe that basic human decency should always prevail. Regardless of age or circumstance, every customer deserves to be treated with respect and understanding.In conclusion, my encounter with Manager Douglas left me questioning the level of customer service provided by the store. It's disheartening to think that a simple request for assistance could elicit such a cold response. As someone who has frequented this CVS for years, I sincerely hope that instances like mine prompt a reflection on the importance of empathy and kindness in customer interactions.

After coming to the Miami Bird Rd and 57 the Ave location for years no one knows who you are, they are rude and have no empathy.

Their pharmacy is a joke. Very unprofessional and it is very obvious they are not interested in providing customer service. I contacted the pharmacy and patiently waited for 30 minutes for someone to answer,!then suddenly the line got disconnected. This is very frustrating. I contacted CVS again to speak to a manager and was told the manager was not in. I spoke to Will and he transferred me to the pharmacy. The person at the pharmacy that answered left me holding and never came back to me. This is unacceptable. I will report this to corporate.

The pharmacy was not helpful in fulfilling my prescription transfer. Unnecessary obstacles were kept in place simply because they just didn't have time to make the call to the other pharmacy. Even after I waited in line for my turn I was disregarded because they had other people in line to attend to. I do not recommend this pharmacy.

As a physician, I have to say that this pharmacy should be embarrassed at the service it provides to its patients. I waited on the telephone for over 30 minutes and still could not get on the phone with anyone. In person, it was a chaotic scene. Three workers, but really only one person actively getting scripts and yelling back at customers' complaints, "It's me, I'm the only one that can help" -- why is there only ONE person actively fulfilling scripts for patients? Also, the phone has been ringing nonstop saying patients are on the line and none of them are paying attention to it (it's been over 20 min). Finally got our medication to only see in the car that it was only 1/5 of the quantity that the script. The pharmacists and other employees at this pharmacy should be embarrassed at service they provide their patients and the unprofessional way in which they do so.

I never write a review but I’m tired of the bad service at this CVS (Store 10111)Worst customer serviceI always have to go to speed up the lead time for my prescriptions. They are never ready and It always takes them forever to pick up the phone

Be advised vey unprofessional and inconsiderate pharmacists work at this location. While in line with 8 other customers, with the majority of them being over 70 years old, only one register was available and unattended while all 5 pharmacists were having personal conversations, mostly complaining about their responsibilities. Pressing for assistance and questioning the delay only resulted in attitude from the pharmacists. Avoid this location if possible.

If they have such a low star rating is for a reason. I wasted over 40 min waiting for a prescription, the doctor sent it in front of meWhen I was at her office and while I was there, I kept contacting the doctor office while I was waiting and they were telling me they left the pharmacy voicemail because they were not picking up the phone. I left after getting no help. I even asked to get the prescription transfer to another pharmacy and the lady sent me to the “consultation” window, where I waited for another 10 min (until I spoke out loud) to get a “we can’t transfer prescriptions, you can go to any pharmacy and they’ll pull it out from the system “ . It would have been great to know this from the first person and not having wasted my time here.

employees are super friendly and helpful, the pharmacy staff is the best sometimes they can be super busy bit never mad. Amazing friendly people.
