My dad and I went to pick up my mom’s medication after major surgery she received on her stomach, The pharmacists were the most rudest and racist people. They refused to give us my mothers medications and still have not received them. Please do better. There’s people’s health on the line with this horrible customer services they offer.

CVS custumer service Caremark is very bias employees terrible keep teir.workers they give wrong information and don't help senior citizens and no respect even though we are paying for their work. Also their workers at the pharmacist especially North Miami 6 Avenue are the worst

I’ve been coming to this b CVS since I was 9 years old never had any problem till today when I walked in with my luggage which obtained my Mac computer along with other personal items . Chloe profiled me and told me that I needed to leave my bag in the front and politely responded back requesting to see a sign that says so . Then she proceed to call security on me . What a damn shame to shop in this cvs

The cashier was very helpful. Other members of the store seem preoccupied with other things, and did not offer any assistance. Quite a few products were out of stock.
