Pharmacy from hell. Always a problem, never a good customer service or experience. My doctor sent a prescription 3 days ago and it was not processed properly on time. When I came to pick it up today, it was not processed and, therefore, I couldn’t get my medication as I no longer have that insurance. Service from hell

i love this CVS because you find it all. it is a bit pricy, like most pharmacies but it is a desirable place to go shopping.
The only advise i give to the manager of this store is to please...clean up more the surroundings of the store. it looks very trashy and full of garbage on the sidewalks, entrance, parking lots and even more dumpy at the trash compactor. thanks
Update 6/30/25....it's so annoying checking out at CVS: so many questions to answer, coupons ain't accepted, phone numbers, membership card, etc etc ...takes forever to pay and your self check out register are another problem...
Can you shorten the check out process please?

Pharmacy- slow service, rude staff, specially when you pickup your medication. I needed Tylenol and it's locked up, and it took over 30 minutes for someone to open the lock for the Tylenol

The old woman who delivers the medicine in the snack area late at night seems to not see well apart from being pedantic and rude, they should put someone who can see better lest she make a mistake with the medicines and someone who knows how to serve the public.

On Saturday, July 13, 2024, I went to the store around 11:30 in the morning and the manager on duty, you don't know about the promotions and he treated me very badly, I go to CVS very often but it was the first time at that location and it will be the last one they do not have good customer service

MEDICATION ERROR!!! Pharmacy contacted me to advise provider to call in and authorize for a90 day refill for my son’s medication. It’s been over a week and no one has responded and when I call and speak to a “manager” they state pharmacy does not accept phone calls, however they do not respond to voicemails either.
My son’s medication cannot be stopped and I have 5 pills left because no one answers the phone.
They also gave me HYDRALAZINE 40 mg by eERROR last time. This medication had my son’s name, address on the bottle and directions to be administered twice daily however, it was NOT PRESCRIBED to him by any provider, it is a blood pressure medication which was DISPENSED in ERROR!! Thankfully, I work in healthcare and realized this was an error and did not administer it knowing that if I did it could cause death by dropping his blood pressure.
Unfortunately others that do not have this knowledge may have just administered or taken the medication and had deadly results.
Terrible pharmacy. I will be switching to another.

Don't use this pharmacy, phone tree barely works, make you hold on the line for extremely long periods of time, consistently.

Just had surgery. My bf got to the pharmacy at 8:57p. The pharmacy was already closed. They did not care that I needed my meds. Terrible humans.
Medication is a serious thing. If you're going to close early change the time on your website.
