DO NOT BUY GIFT CARDS HERE!!! I purchased a visa gift card for $100 and the numbers on the card were scratched out. I googled it and found out that’s a common scam. I went back and the manager told me it wasn’t their problem because gift cards are non refundable.

They lied to me about an antibiotic my father needed for covid. They told me they needed to order it, and there was none in about 30 miles. A technician and the pharmacist told me the same thing. Liars that feed on a person frustrations and sickness ....In minutes, I called the CVS in 117 Ave and Sunset. They answered fast and in a professional way. They had the antibiotic there. Aleluya... My father got his medicine that day thanks to them, people who care about others and do a good job.

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received at your pharmacy this morning. Unfortunately, the interaction I had with the pharmacy technician was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. Lack of communication and courtesy displayed during the exchange was very disappointing. As long with the long wait to receive the service without any interaction or communication.
As a long-time customer, I expect a higher standard of service, and I am troubled by the behavior I encountered. I hope this matter can be addressed promptly to ensure such an experience is not repeated in the future.

Absolutely terrible app and even worse telephone system. Even after going through steps and finally getting to speak with a pharmacist, you still can't speak to someone. When they called back they weren't much help and canceled my prescription order

Terrible service, I took a covid test because I needed it for an operation and they didn't send it to me. I had to get it done again and pay for it again. What inefficiency!!!

The worst customer service by a pharmacist named Hassan. Extremely disrespectful. It seems like he does not understand that the customer has every right to change their mind specially when it comes to taking a medication that is very expensive. Unfortunately the arrogant youth of today, who have been made to believe they know everything and need not listen to what another person has to say is growing in numbers. This includes treating customer like they are doing us a favor by giving us a service. Needless to say I had a few choise words for this particular millenial which he returned even though he was wrong and started the situation. I have no issues, I will follow up with corporate and every other source that will help make sure this young man learns that attitude is to be left at home.

The store is always clean, I always look for everything. The new Rewards system is very good and practical. Maintain that system.
