I've heard horror stories about this pharmacy & have had my share of bad experiences throughout the years. Today was the last straw. I was in the drive through, it was pouring rain. The pharmacist said they had nothing ready for me and had to come in to see my insurance card because she couldn't do it through the drive through. I said I was unable to come inside so she calls the pharmacist who comes and takes a looks at my insurance card and literally throws it back saying they don't take it to go to Walmart Walgreens or Publix thinking she was going to get rid of me. I then ask for the cost as I am in so much pain I didn't care at that point to pay oop and just wanted my meds asap. She seemed so bothered mentioning other people are behind me as if I didn't also wait in line and deserve to be serviced just the same. She gave me prices which werent a big deal for me to pay so I said to fill them. She said I had to get out of the line and it would be another 15-20 minutes. Well here I am an hour later and nothing is ready. I'm so disgusted in the lack of empathy and customer service. They think they can treat people like garbage and get away with it. I will be taking all my prescriptions for my entire family to the new Publix who has a pharmacy down the street, it can't be worst than dealing with this CVS.

Where is your store number? I am trying to call about an order that is ready for pick up while the store is open, but all phone numbers lister in my confirmation emails, on your website, and on google are for the pharmacy...WHICH OPENS LATER THAN THE REST OF THE STORE!
Pray tell how I can call about an order like this?

Do not take your Prescription to this CVS!!!! I stopped by at 6:30 to drop off Rx. Pharmacist says it will be ready in an hours. We close at 8:00 pm. Ok no problem I’ll be back. Show up at 7:45 pm wait in line. When I get to the front the young lady tells me they not ready I can get it tomorrow. I was told an hour!! Had they told me look we are really busy today and it won’t be filled today I would have understood and taken it elsewhere as it was for my 14 year old daughter and I was concerned cause she was in a lot of pain. The pharmacist standing right next her didn’t even come and say I’m sorry we couldn’t we got really busy. Nothing. I kid you not he closed the pharmacy gate in my face. This is was the most unprofessional encounter I’ve had with a pharmacists or anyone in the medical field. Guess what when people are at pharmacy its cause they are sick and dealing with an illness or some type of condition. Be professional. This guy was nothing but a jerk and should not be dealing with people.

The only pharmacy that gives us money back I buy a lot and receive more reimbursement plus I have the 5 dollars a month, this is great thank you CVS for continuing to help customers, blessings.

The pharmacy services for prescriptions automatically is very bad, the attention by phone is terrible is the second time that I have problems with it

My grandma went in today for a vaccine appointment i had made online, and a very rude and disrespectful old balck female with a very ugly and demeaning attitude gave poor service to my grandma. Cvs should fire these old grumpy workers that don't have compassion or patience for older customers.

The worst service you can have, from 3:15 to 3:30 in the afternoon in front of the driver thru window and they don't bother you, you go inside, you explain and they get angry.
