I need medication every day for a treatment and it needs immediate refrigeration. The store left the medicine alone for 4 days. We were wating for 2 hours for the pharmacy to tell me what I already knew about the medication. Now they are going to buy a replacement and I do not know how much time I'll be waiting for, and I hope the medicine is refrigerated this time.

Was informed meds will be ready in 1hr 30mins. We came back after 3hrs and they still dont have it ready. They needed another hour. Wow!!!

This location doesn't belong in a capitalist society. Notice how the reviews are terrible and store management does absolutely nothing about it. If you own stock in this company, sell it because it's going downhill fast.

They told me 5 hours prior that the prescription was ready. 5 hours later it wasn't ready and the assistant, who refused to speak English despite being spoken to in English, told me they needed 30 more minutes.

My recent visit to this store was a disappointment due to an employee's refusal to sell alcohol. Despite having a valid ID, I was declined because my companion lacked identification. Though they were not going to drink or were even holding the bottle. This inflexible approach and dismissive attitude towards me left a negative impression. Improvement in customer service and correct policy knowledge is needed. There is no law that states the companion must be carded if they are not the ones buying or going to drink the alcohol. We have never had this problem at other stores. This cvs just gets worse after I went to pickup medicine for my daughter and came home with the bottles full of powder and no liquid…..
