THE WORST MANAGER IN HISTORY GOES TO DOMINIC MARTINEZ ! RUDE AND UNHELPFUL. NASTY ATTITUDE, NEVER SMILES. I MISS THE OTHER GUY. Also this place is full of homeless people. There's always one harassing the customers inside.

Heather is such a wonderful person! She makes this place shine so bright, she is sunny and warm and makes the experience so pleasant. The whole staff is great minus one person, the pharmacists are very knowledgeable and helpful.

The worst pharmacy service I have ever received, there is a woman with long straight hair and a face full of pimples who, from the moment you arrive, looks at you badly and if she sees you looking like a Hispanic, it is even worse, I had to wait in line to be served and she left and then He had to serve me because they sent me to another window and with a very bad tone, all the attention and he spoke to me without looking at my face as if he was upset for having to do his job.Hello!!!!! Where was education!!! Anyone who doesn't want to work with the public should look for another job, I hope she reads this.

This is a review for Denisha, a CVS employee at the pharmacy located at 11299 S. Dixie Hwy in Pinecrest. Denisha is a person who makes customers feel like she cares about them having a good experience while at that store. She goes out of her way to find the lowest price for customer's prescriptions, She is efficient, caring, and an incredibly hard worker. I hope that management acknowledges this stand-out employee.

Very rude pharmacist questioning why I'm using too many glaucoma eye drops!! Missing my eye is not acceptable? I don't care for this type of interrogation when my drops are gone 3 days before I'm allowed to refill... this is a FIRST! Not the pharmacy you want in case you need to have a conversation. The drops keep my eye pressure down so I don't go blind. I don't feel comfortable getting eye drops from someone that angry.

My congratulations to the administration, because they have an extraordinary team.
All the ladies there are very attentive and the customer service is magnificent.
Especially Yelitze, a very helpful and kind lady, with whom I frequently meet in my shopping routine.
