Beware of the pharmacy at the new CVS in The Crossings. They have no idea on what they are doing with your medications. They do not know how to use their system and the pharmacists there named Angie attacked me verbally today while I was there asking about my medication (after a surgery). She said "it doest take a rocket scientist" while answering questions I had about my medication. Claimed that the system was not updating, did not care to look into my situation and basically did not want to do her job (she needs a new job, away from customers). She then got loud with me and rude, and I told her I was going to record her so I could show someone her misconduct and then she picked up her phone and did the same LOL. She then flexed her authority muscles and called for a manager as to have me handled, when I should had been the one to called for help. None of her staff assisted me, they just stood around scared of Angie. I then proceeded to speak to someone about filing a complaint in disbelief this took place at a CVS and the manager was not there, the person in her place was on the phone speaking in Spanish and did not know how to handle this matter. What's sad, is that before me an elderly man was in line asking about his meds and he was treated poorly, no answers, with an attitude at the pharmacy to figure it out. They should not be operating like this - CVS needs to handle this store #3401and train them on customer service and giving information in a kind & helpful way. I was violated and harassed by Angie and will take matters to corporate CVS.

This review is for CVS Minute Clinic - Horrible experience.I went in for a simple issue and the Minute Clinic nurse there recommended a plethora of extra tests without explaining the cost of the additional tests - only the cost of the visit. When the lab results came in, the test for my original issue was left undiagnosed but all the extra tests came back with negative results (no surprise there)My issue resolved itself over time and Minute Clinic did nothing to help me besides charging me $500.Overall a waste of time, money, with no help for my medical issue.

This location is the closest CVS to my home. It could use updating but the layout is easy to find what you may need. I like the fact that the app has many features one in particular is scanning items and downloading coupons which you can also get by using their machine and inputting your phone number or scanning your CVS card. Because of their many offers of discounts I prefer CVS over other drug stores. This location can be a challenge to find parking and a challenge to drive out. They are still doing work with this strip mall and hopefully it will improve once all construction is completed. All in all still a great drug store but many times I find them understaff especially when it gets crowded.

This pharmacy has the worst service in the area, google says that the hours are from 7am to 11 pm and when I went to pick up the medicine that was sent to my daughter after surgery and antibiotics, (she was in pain) it was closed for lunch until 2pm, what a disaster, can't they take turns to get lunch?, I will never put a prescription in this place again, save yourself pain and go to another pharmacy

CVS location The Crossings is always understaff, the employes are overwhelmed and streesed. I hope once the new store (still under construction) things will get better, Walgreens employees are friendly and always offer help. CVS should be aware.

I don’t like the technician Alaini she was disrespectful. And didn’t even apologize and dismissed my simple question. She needs more work on customer service. I’m also a technician and we don’t have such attitudes.

Today Saturday for the second time I went to pick up my dad medication (this time for heart condition!) and the prescription was not renewed and I was told that my dad needs to call his cardiology for a new prescription. This has happened after I changed my dad to this pharmacy, and when I asked if medication could be dispensed for two days until we speak to the doctor I was told NO! But it was more than the NO, was the actitud like literally showing indifference to the situation. DONT REFILL YOUR MEDICATION WITH THIS PHARMACY, DONT WAIT TO BE IN THE SAME SITUATION AND MOST LIKELY CVS WILL DO NOTHING ABOOUT IT.

I was there this morning because I needed my blood pressure to be taken. (They used to have the self machine before) I am pregnant and was instructed by my doctor to go and do it just in case. I didn't know that you needed an appointment to do that, obviously I was sent away by the lady at the minute clinic. She was not rude, however, how long can it take you to measure someone's blood pressure, specially if it is pregnant. I mean usually people get there blood pressure measured because they are not feeling well and to avoid something else happening. I guess for some people or companies that is not something that requires much attention and "an appointment " should be made in order to do that.
