In my life, I have never experienced such an amazing Customer Service as I had with Claudia at the make up section. I’m 56 years old and I have to say over and over again that if it wasn’t for Claudia I would.Not have been able to find what I was looking for and plus the AMAZING Customer Service she gave. I will go back to this store again, even thought it is not my area, just to say hi to her and continue to have more amazing experience. THANK YOU, GRACIAS! CLAUDIA!!! :)

I've been coming to this store for 40 years, I do agree sometimes the pharmacy is a little slow but the staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable.
We have Roberto greeting all the customers like family, he will help you look for anything you needed always with good attitude and a smile.
We adquire Claudia at cosmetic, friendly abd helpful ,beautiful abd always happy to help you.
Things have to be balanced in life.

I went to CVS looking for a perfume to give to my wife for Mother's day, not expecting much, usually I will go to Macy's or other places. But I was taking care by a young lady, her was Claudia. Claudia was very patient and showed me as many perfumes as I asked her for, until she recommended one from Mark Jacob, I loved, was well priced and I am sure my wife will love too. I will definitely will come to CVS for perfumes before going to other places.

Excellent service every time I go to my favorite CVS near home! No matter who is working that day! I always get the best service, especially when I am trying to use my coupons , they always have the patience & willing to help me save few dollars… I love it! ?❤️ THANK YOU SO MUCH! ?

I don't usually give negative comments, but this man from the pharmacy is terrible at dealing with people, it is not the first time that such a bitter experience has happened to me with him, please you should take action with him, he is the tallest with a red beard We are in a country where you owe respect to the staff you are going to deal with.

I shopped at this CVS on 05/23/24 and honestly it has been a long I didn’t experience an extra mile customer service! I was using an over the counter benefit card from my insurance for the first time so I was not sure which items were covered. The employee at check-out was incredibly helpful! he didn’t seem to be annoyed for the extra time to help me (as in many other places). In general very kind staff, and the store is very clean and well stocked, so congratulations for a job well done? for sure I will shop again ?

A few days ago I went to pick up some medications in this CVS pharmacy. I was assisted by Sergio Deeb and he was very patient and friendly. I highly recommend going to him if you're looking for someone who will give you the most convenient options just as he did with me.

Literally THE WORST pharmacy and pharmacist of all time. They deny they have medicine available when I know we'll what I needed every pharmacy has. They're quick to say no and won't even look up the inventory. Rude. There's a Walgreens nearby! Go there instead trust me!

I went to this cvs last night to pick up my ups package. Huge line, they had everyone checking themselves out. I even saw a CUSTOMER grabbing change out of the cash box. I was floored. Anyway, I see the line so I go to where the packages are left and notice that my package is right on the counter where anyone can just grab it and walk out. It’s funny vecahse EVERY SINGLE TIME I have an ups package sent there they complain that it wasn’t delivered when they can’t find it and 2 minutes later they do find it. Seems as if being a UPS access point at that store is not a good idea since the employees always roll their eyes and get frustrated when you ask them for your package. This is why I am complaining. This is a constant attitude from all the employees when you go to get a package. Well, I decided since there was a long line to pay so I get my package and take it to the guy to scan. I was only there to get my package not to buy so why should I have to wait the line? Well, I take it to him and let him know why I was there and that I brought up my package for him to scan thinking I was helping. Oh no, he went off. Speaking to me as if I was a child telling me I can’t get the package because they need to scan it even tho there was NOBODY ELSE AT THE COUNTER. Also, this is mine and I PAID FOR it. Legally I can take it and they cannot stop me. If I wouldn’t have gone up to the guy, he wouldn’t have known I took my package.I explained that the line was long and this way he doesn’t have to go in search anyway my package was right in the counter. He proceeded to tell me to return to the counter with my package. I said the same thing that the package was right there unsupervised. And I have the right to grab the package I paid for and has MY NAME on it. Basically he spoke to me as if I were a child. I’m Cuban and this man that doesn’t speak a lick of English has the audacity to speak to me as if I was below him. At this point I’m just staring at him because I’m thinking this is gonna continue back and forth and I just wanted out. I wanted to go home after working my full time and part time jobs. Well, he ended up calling another guy to scan my package. I told the guy that they should care for the packages better since anyone can grab it and walk out. These packages do not have alarms on them.I was so insulted and bothered. I felt as if I was scolded by my teacher. This individual conveniently did not have a name tag. I wasn’t even sure he worked there. Regardless to say i changed my ups access point so I can rest assured my packages are safe and I won’t be belittled.I just got off the phone with CVS corporate. I filed a complaint against the store and now I’m waiting for a UPS rep. I will not let this go. People need to speak to everyone with respect and dignity. This ain’t the first time I get some kind of attitude from the employees. This man crossed the line and I do not wish for another person to leave feeling embarrassed, belittled, or dumb because a self-righteous store clerk that thinks he’s God because he has the keys to a store. Give me a break!What’s actually not surprising is the fact that this store has a 2 star rating and I’ve already read reviews about how rude the clerks are.
