This location has no concept of customer service. I went to drop off pain medications following a discharge for surgery of a loved one. The pharmacy tech, Jennifer, tells me that they cannot fill the prescriptions because they are on their lunch break since it is already 1:30 pm. I look at the time and it was only 1:24 pm. I had to insist for her to speak with the pharmacist if she could fill it or that they had the medications in stock. She did after much pushback. The pharmacist then tells me that one of the medications is not available at their location and when I ask if she can check if this controlled substance can be located at another pharmacy that I can go to, informs me that she cannot. She also notes that other cvs locations are going in break now so I won’t be able to get anyone to help until after 2:30 pm. The tech gives me back one of the prescription papers and is having a hard time to find the other paper. I ask to at least fill one of the medications and she says they can, but won’t be available until 2:30 or after. I am changing my pharmacy.

The only person working at the pharmacy for a large crowd did her best to keep everyone happy, because one person for a busy pharmacy will never be enough.

So grateful for the pharmacist who thoroughly explained everything about the medications and gave me instructions on how to take it. She was compassionate and it was ready before anticipated. I have 3 small daughters and when they are sick and I have prescriptions I cannot go in because obviously children with fever get worse or go in to spread viruses is not correct either, but coming to this pharmacy through the Drive Through I tell you that it is really terrible and don't do it If they don't have a strong case because it's always the same, it takes almost half an hour for each client who arrives by car. Today I am the third car and I have been waiting for more than an hour. Terrible attention!!
