Store front is much easier. I am very disatisfied with the pharmacy. It is vert slow in getting a prescription and just as bad at the drive=-thru.....waiting is too long.

The worst pharmacy to get a prescription refill. Don’t waste your time coming here. The staff can’t even provide any phone number or email to escalate issues. The manager of the pharmacy can’t even assist you correctly why is he a manager? If a medication is always out of stock and knowing people need it for medical reasons and ordering takes a few days why would you allow customers to go without it and make them wait even longer to order? This doesn’t make sense.

This place is fantastic! Except for the one pharmacist who needs to work in an isolated environment because she treats humanity like trash to be smeared on the floor that's why my one star review she needs to be fired because she doesn't know how to treat humans..... I bet she'd treat animals the same and is probably one of those who thinks the road is solely hers when she drives.....
Now they have voicemail...... I'm guessing it's because they leave you on hold for a million years instead of hiring enough people to answer calls well whatever happened to a professional actually answering? Those with memory issues will not remember what they left a voicemail about..... Great move CVS

Really bad customer service. Do your job well, listen and attend to the client's needs. You have work because clients take the time to go to the
Shop and buy so they can collect their salary. Improve your quality of customer service. May it be pleasant to go to your store. It says time to review that it does its job well. And don't waste the client's time.

I am extremely upset with the service at CVS Pharmacy. I've been left on hold multiple times for long periods of time, which is unacceptable when trying to get crucial medication. When I called the front desk of the store, they told me they couldn't help me, showing a complete lack of concern for my situation. This level of customer service is entirely unacceptable, especially when dealing with people's health and well-being. I strongly advise others to avoid this pharmacy.

Those who work in the pharmacy can't cope with the correct number to find out if they received the medicine, they send you to the wrong number, it must be so as not to answer, they are disrespectful, how can they have staff like that, they make you go three or four times for one medicine, they are the worst They should close that place the next time I have to go if I'm going to report and tax them so they can see that it's not a lie. Mr. manager, do something about that. Thank you
