Ordered a Unify switch that was intermittently failing sent it in after receiving an RMA. When it arrived they tested it and said everything is fine. I asked them to confirm they had tested it for a period of time since the failure was intermittent. They did not respond and mailed it back. One hour in the server rack and the switch failed exactly as before. Very disappointed. Their customer service has been far from helpful.

The initial purchase interaction was prompt and professional, Communication was excellent and the order arrived in just a few days. As sometimes happens, there was an issue requiring a customer service interaction. It quickly became clear the items in the order were unsuited to my intended purpose. Once this determination was made they quickly issued a RMA. The day after my return was complete they issued a full refund.
I am a little sad Flytec could not be a source for my project. Given the ease of interaction they would make an excellent partner. I am keeping them on my short list for future opportunities.

Came in to RMA a defective switch and dealt with the warehouse Tech. Extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. Management seems to be ok with their actions since they took no actions in reprimanding the Tech.

Flytec Computers is selling products advertised as new while actually delivering products that has been previously opened.
New Ubiquiti products come with a smooth brown tape with a tear away strip. The packaged they sent were simply “sealed” with reinforced brown packing tape. Ironically, the pictures attached were BOTH provided by Flytec Computers while I was trying to explain that they sold me opened products.
