Today, being Halloween, I went here to look for a quick costume for a party tonight. There was a lot to choose from. They have many different types of clothing at low prices. There's outfits for men, women, and children. Sometimes, you can find a brand name in purses for a lot less than at a big name store. They also have a huge selection of shoes. This is a good place to find a little treasure.

I was treated very badly today the lady just start yelling at me just because I wanted leave an article she told me that I’m not supposed to be choosing nun at the checkout point when I tell her she not supposed to be yelling at me etc she just refuses to checkout my goods and just throws them for someone else to do it she told that was the store policy and I can’t do nothing about that so disappointed

The person at the counter did not pack my sock in the bag... I went back to the location to make another purchase without knowing that she didn't pack my sock into the bag, and she did not say anything to me.. once I reached home and started to double-check my purchase, I realized that the sock it not in any of the bags. My bad for not double-check in the store also.

This store has the worse customer service I ever seen.
April 16 2024 at around 4.15pm the cashier and the supervisor gave me the worse service.
I bought something small, a kitchen gadget, but change my mind and wanted to return it because I saw the same gadget at the next store Dollar tree for less than half the price .
They couldn't return me my money back and I had my receipt and everything.
They say something ead wrong with the cash register.and to come back another day I paid with my credit card , and they couldn't give.me my money back. They didn't want to help at all
But the.most important matter here is the way they handle me , infriendly, rude, not even looking in my eye, the cashier yelling at the top of her lungs like if she was in her 3rd world country, Haiti, barely spoke English, dirty in appearance, but most of all RUDE the bottom line she threw my gadget at me and told me can't give you a return......I will never ever go back to that store again.
Besides that everything there is cheaply made, and on top. . You !!! DD's empkoyers !!! employing undesirable employees treating customers like pests.
Those people need to be fired immediately or that store is going out of business with scary dirty and unpolite employees like those 2 colored women, nasty is putting it very mildly .
Is that is how you do business dd's??dad's???
Oh and they told us to come back in 30 minutes and we did, and they told us to go make the long line just to see if the register was working instead of giving us priority there was only one cashier a very very long line and the Supervisor was just sitting behind the counter
It was a disgusting nightmare the experience I had.
I know a lot of people and word of mouth is strong
You are going to loose out with what happened April 16 at around 4.pm to 4.41pm ......you need to train or fire those people
Dd's no more.
And I will go to the last consequences here because I will get a hold of corporate and those idiots won't have a job very soon
Tomorrow I will get a hold of the manager if that horrible store

Liked this DD's, but not a huge selection. Store wasn't super clean and there was stuff everywhere. Cashier didn't seem too happy to speak to us nor help us.

The cashier didn’t put one of my items in the bag, but when I went back to get it, the manager said they couldn’t give it back because they didn’t see it. No refund, no replacement

Very bad customer service!! After waiting almost an hour in line! The employee charged me for an item twice! We made the claim and I called the manager, and the manager began to throw out all the merchandise that I had already purchased to count the items that the receipt said, which not only had they charged me for one more! If not two and more he wanted to charge me a huge amount again. So the cashier didn't charge it, when we checked the receipt if it had been charged, she, with her bad attitude of not accepting their mistake, wanted to charge me for something that we had already paid! In the end we returned everything! They did not apologize and now we had to wait 3 to 5 days for the money to be returned to the card! They should train that store staff a little more! Very bad service and a very dirty and messy place! The staff walking around the entire store and only one cashier?
