It is a good place to look for a nice and cheap gift for all ages from the little ones to our grandparents.

A woman named Miriam took me out of the line where I intended to shop three times because she needed to organize the merchandise. I politely agreed each time she asked me to leave until she told me that I couldn't wait for her to finish. I considered it. a lack of respect. I called a manager and told him what happened. And I left the store without buying

Me and my family stop in this store to get some pijamas and shoes for the kids we spend almost 300 dollars and soon as we arrive it was a guy with looking like a security dressing black was very disrespectful from the beginning and we was paying for the clothes and he was asking for my kids like they was destroying something this is amazing people need to get a better training I hope someone attached to this store can read this and tell this guy something we are tourist here.

No customer service skills the manager Katherine and the cashier Zuly or Zaly they gave me attitude when they refused to refund me a luggage that it was to big for my airline dimenssions. Everything was intact with the tags and plastic just the wheels of course with some dust. They even implied the price for being as a sticker on the inside that matched the receipt of the luggage and not as a tag on the outside. They dont understand not even the minimun of English which is a must. I did file a complaint with corporate against both its not about the price of the item, but about their attitude. They are in the wrong position in the wrong country.

Worst shop, they want to work so fast that they don't pass articles and then when you leave they accuse you that you are taking items, and don't want to check the cameras because they know is their fault. The worst store to buy from, they are more inclined to say that you steal things than to do their job well and when you tell them to check the cameras they say no because they know it is their fault and the solution is for you to waste more time

Poor and discussing aggressive attention customer service , the cashier named REGLA SAID I HAVE TO REMOVE THE HANGERS , means do her job then I have to take my received then the greeting person said It was her orders , so It is incredible this customer service. I will never come back .

The attention in this place is terrible, now they want you to do the job for these people of putting the hangers on the clothes that you are going to try on and they tell you to put them on with a horrible character
