Terrible experience in this DDS, the managers treat you badly, they rush customers to pay and if they don't hurry, they leave them without a job. 'Horrible treatment towards me! This has been terrible. I don't recommend this store to people who want to buy, look for another! They decriminate you for not knowing English, they make fun of you, etc. I give this rating because there is no other but they deserve the worst

Great prices. You can find everything you're looking for, the down side it's that at the cashier there's a security guard not even ten feet from where you're paying he can see when you paid and still when you finish he has to check your receipt and open all of your bags , like you stolen something from the cashier to the door.....very uncomfortable feeling.

This is the third time this happen when I went to the store and I’m a black women and they put security guards to follow me like I’m gonna steal something and I feel very discriminated just because I’m black every time I go with my kids and me, they put security guards to follow me and the black cashier lady that I think is the supervisor of the store I bought some Christmas decorations and I asked her for a bag to put them in and she said with attitude “if I had a bag, I would’ve put the stuff in there” and they never ever have large bags! and this is not the first time that she been disrespectful to me she’s the one that always send the security guards to follow me soon as I go inside the store even my own kids be asking me mom why is the security guard always so close to us and keep on following us inside the store they be acting like they putting stuff away but they put the stuff away close to us and to nobody else! So I am so disappointed at dds service because there workers are very racist and disrespectful!

I went to dd ‘s location by southland mall & I waited in the line for more than 15 minutes. Two of your managers were standing in the front, not doing anything but chitchatting and talking while the line kept getting longer. Many Customers were upset about the waiting time, and the two managers continued to laugh while talking about how Is it really an emergency when the line gets longer, “Oh My God someone please call for help” They were making fun of the way customers complain while waiting in line. I think this is unnecessary comments specially coming from someone who has to manage the traffic of a store. I think it is unprofessional to make fun of customers. It is extremely rude. Since I walked in the store, I was racially profiled. I was being watched by the same manager that made all those comments I saw her name tag, and it said Gloria. I have shopped here several times and I’m always being watched like a criminal. I think it’s unfair because I bring money into many businesses not only this business. I was shopping sometime between 10:30 AM till possibly 11:30 AM. This incident happened yesterday.

A total lack of respect in this place. Yesterday I bought several items and the cashier did not put a pair of sneakers in my bag. When I return today to ask for an answer and they check the cameras, they tell me that they are broken and they are fixing them. I will call later to see if they have been able to solve the problem. I called later and asked to speak with the manager and I got another one saying that she is the manager and then she said that she was not the manager. I do not understand this type of lack of respect for the customer. The problem was that I called and came next Monday, that is, I waited 4 days to see if the cameras were fixed. I replied, it's your fault because I paid for my purchase and you didn't give me all the merchandise I paid for. This place is a total lack of respect. They deserve a lawsuit for stealing.

This location went to hell. I used to mystery shop this location like 10 times a month. It was improving. But now it's all trash, managers don't care about their store or position. Shame this location was one of my favorites.

Racial profiling every black customer in a traditionally black area I advise to start recording before you walk in and as soon as they start following you around record them then sue contact bbb and the district attorney General then dd discount headquarters why do you follow only one race of people? They are going to do it to the wrong one but sue every time that's what you supposed to do until they are out of business or have to close this location
