I went to the store located at 850 Ives Dairy Rd, Miami Florida 33179, Suite T2 seeking assistance. I went up to the cashier and I spoke to Grace and asked for help but she said she could not leave the register and she walked to the Manager to get me some help. The Manager was so disrespectful and didn't offer me any help, I don't see how the Manager could be so disrespectful, Grace should be the Manager because she has good customer service skills, not the The Manager should be demoted. This happened today Sunday 09/29/2024 about 11:45am.

This place has terrible customer service, the Chinese workers and Christofer are the worst workers, rude and very poorly educated, I do not recommend them at all ??

It was the worst experience, the MANAGER or the one who claims to be the manager treated us BADLY, THIS PLACE CLOSES AT 7:30pm, we were paying and while we took out the card he kicked us out and told us to go get in line again When we were about to pay, after standing in line he said that he didn't have time for us and that we should hurry up because they were already about to close ? and it was only 6:30pm

5 employees talking to each other, while the customers have been waiting for 10 minutes to pay, the employee doesn't care if the customer waits or not, the only cashier had problems with the customer who was also an employee and it took a long time there, the others didn't They didn't care when we still had 3 to 4 clients to pay, it's a lack of respect for the client!

This place closes at 7:30 pm and at 7 pm they put a security guard saying it's already closed
